Very very, bad experience, I do not recommend them, they do some tricks on you, but good ones and you come back to complain and you don't beat them, they block your accounts, they charge you for things that you don't even realize, please be very careful. Check your receipt very carefully when paying.. BAD SERVICE..

Worst service ever, they steal people money. I literally just got a new phone, then paid my bill for my other phone, and the next day, both phones were off. So I went back to the store, and they said they fixed the problem but only put an extension on my service. Two days later, both phones were off again. I'm going back there today just to rectify the problem. Oh, and if you can't speak English and communicate with people to help them, you shouldn't be working in customer service.

I went into this metro store on dec,22,2023 to purchase the new razor phone . i was going to port my number to get the $99 deal i was told i could not port my number and would have to get a new number. i told the sales woman ok so a new number for this phone costs $199 plus tax so by the time im done they charged me $399 after i paid the girl starts to hand me two tcl tablets that i didnt ask for she told me they were free i said wow then she also hands me a jbl speaker also free she says well i wasnt feelling well so i went back and went to bed the next day i start looking at my reciept they not only charged me $140 for this speaker which i was told was free and they charged me a $100 activation fee for my phone and two tablets which i was also told i was not charged for also the girl also told me i had to get the $75plan which she lied again i looked at my plan they gave me some $40 promo plan instead of the $75 i also my reciept says i ported my number and the phone was $99 plus tax i returned to the store confronted the sales girl she continued to lie to me with excuses i told her about the plan difference soshe upgraded my plan right there in the store and i was charged another $25 for a plan i already paid for i called metros 888 number and they told me i was charged for actavation on the two tablets LET ME TELL U HOW UPSET I AM AT THESE LYING CROOKS THEY LIED AND STOLE MY MONEY THIS STORE CHEATS ITS CUSTOMERS IF YOU PURCHASED ANY PRODUCTS FROM HERE YOU BETTER CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS BECAUSE THIS STORE WILL STEAL AND DECEIVE YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY CAN AVOID THESE CROOKS LIKE THE COVID WORST METRO EVER

Worst Metro PCS ever. Took advantage of my elderly grandfather when he came here by himself. He told them what he wanted, and then "they" signed him up for something he didn't ask for. Completely took advantage. Very unprofessional, would not reccomend this location to anyone. Stay away.
