This is the go to place. Had been going there for several years. Recently I went in there with myT mobile phone and they made an adjustment for free. I plan on purchasing my next phone there and possibly returning to Metro from my current T Mobile plan.

Sold me a $300 paperweight. I tried to return it 2 days after the purchase and they refused to refund me my money or exchange the phone. This store is dirty.

After talking to Apple, going to the A St Metro multiple times and Best Buy multiple times to try to solve my new phone's sms texting issues and other calling issues I went to this store. And fortunately Omaya was here and remembered me and my issues from the A St location so she had Laura and Alomari help me out. They tried their best to figure it out but still nothing. The problem may be the phone that is unlocked to all carriers and might need to be "flashed" to Metro before it'll function properly. This location is generally a lot less busy and is smaller than the A St location but seems similarly stocked.

I switched from AT&T because I wanted to be rid of that terrible company. Although I'm saving a few bucks with Metro and haven't had any billing issues, the service has been a huge disappointment -- a big downgrade from AT&T. With AT&T, calls were clear and it was rare to drop a call. Since I've had Metro, I CONSTANTLY drop calls, and voice quality blows. If you're in South Hayward, I would not recommend Metro cellular.

Liars and con show me a phone that locked up the minute I tried to lock the SIM card and made excuses and charge me more money lock up and make excuses anybody d*** enough to buy something from Metro needs their head examined that's it that's all I said
