“Excellent facility. The packing store has everything you need and you should definitely take advantage of it. When you are moving stuff around. You can buy boxes and then any boxes you don't end up using. They will buy back. They also have a box recycle bin so if you've got used boxes you can put them in there and other people will pick them up.
The big carts are outside. If you need a lot of boxes and other materials. My girlfriend and I go estate sales and garage sales and on occasion we will buy box of 100 sheets of packing paper and they'll take us about a year or two to go through.

“This move went as smoothly as it could. The bid was pretty much spot on. The salesperson (Buck) and the moving teams (Matt) kept us informed throughout the entire process. They took the extra time needed to secure our items safely, they did not stack heavy boxes on top of lighter ones and they rebuilt all the furniture items they took apart for better packing. Would go with NA and especially this crew again if needed.”

“Just call them.They ran a bit behind in the morning. Having had a recent horror of an experience with days late delivery, I was worried and on edge. But they arrived and began immediately! They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. In short, OnTrack made a promise that they kept, which is ultimately what you need anyone moving your things to do.I recommend them. Thank you OnTrack!”

I've requested the names of my team so I could mention the outstanding job they did for me here in the review and I have yet to receive them two months later. So while I would definitely recommend UpLine moving for their moving services. I'm disappointed I cannot mention my four outstanding movers by name.”

“We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. A big thank you to John, Quenisha and Bret”
“Really good customer service and if you're in the area and you ever need a public scale and can't find one of these places have one make sure you have cash on you cause they take cash only I believe it's $10 or $20. All these places have public skills they don't advertise it, but they will wear your truck for a fee.”

“The reviews scared me a lot. A whole lot, but I did not have an option to choose my delivery from Sincere Home Decor. I got a message from Reed's nearly 4 weeks ahead of schedule to let me know they were expecting my kitchen cabinets the following week, and to call back to arrange delivery. I asked for the earliest possible date because I was so sure (based on the negative reviews) that there would be a problem. Not true. Reed's called again the day before my scheduled delivery to provide a window of 9-12, and the delivery driver actually called at 8:25 to let me know he was on his way. That was great, as I was able to call my contractor who had time to get to my house to oversee delivery. The truck arrived before 9am, and Gasto and Harry unloaded all of my cabinetry and stacked the boxes nicely in my garage. I appreciated the patience they gave neurotic me as I compared the invoice to the order to the boxes delivered. They even took care to leave me a walkway through the garage (since installation won't be for a month). The boxes were undamaged and everything was accounted for. In summary, this was a perfectly smooth transaction and delivery. No problems at all.”
