Navis packed the dining hutch so wonderfully and it arrived in perfect condition. Their white glove service from pickup to drop off was phenomenal. I had no experience of sending personal items (furniture, pictures) from the USA to England. Navis were very responsive and helpfu, and the items were extremely well packed. I had worried about damage, but there was none. I thoroughly recommend them.

The Navis team was super helpful and did a great job of packing and shipping expensive rugs and a fragile ceramic piece. I was worried about my items getting damaged in transit, but they were shipped with meticulous care and everything arrived in great condition. Prices were competitive with other, much riskier options. My one minor complaint was that Navis was so busy it took about a month from the time I booked the shipment to when they were able to actually ship it.

Navis Pack and Ship was great to work with. Very fast responses, fair and accurate pricing, and quick turnaround. I coordinated this shipment from my home in Minnesota and it could not have been easier. Lou and team picked up an eBay purchase from the seller's home in San Francisco, brought to their facility and packaged it for freight, and worked with our freight company for the pickup and shipment to MN. Final size was 600lbs in a 36x48x60 crate. No complaints at all on this experience. Highly recommend them and would use again!
