Its a hit or miss for me. They primarily speak Spanish so if youre not fluent, they might not be avle to get the haircut you want. Had been going here many times and there are instances where the clip number is not correct after repeating it many times, but nonetheless, theyre good people and decent place. Only max of 3 people working

I came in today just for a style! No cut and no dye. And I am so pleased with how it came out!! I came in with knotty hair from running around doing last minute shopping,and she made it look perfect. I have a Christmas photo shoot today and I'm definitely coming back again. I paid $85 and it took an hour to do my hair which honestly is awesome. Because I have so much hair, it usually takes a bit longer! The price is definitely worth it as well. I noticed they even used their own type of hair gel which doesn't look cheap!! I was welcomed with smiles and it was overall a really good experience. All I had to do was show a picture of what I wanted and she was on top of it! She even recommended to leave two strands of hair in front of my face and I love it!

Bad time management and it seems they prioritize walk-ins over appointments.I called to make a same-day appointment at 12p for a haircut. The girl on the phone was super friendly so I was excited to visit as a first time customer. I showed up a minute before 12 and they were busy. The stylists spoke Spanish to me and I don't speak Spanish, but it doesn't mean I don't understand some words and body language. They realized I don't speak Spanish and one woman said I will have to wait for a haircut. I said I had an appointment at 12 and they just looked at me like they didn't know how to help me or knew about the appointment I made. I saw them check the time. It's 12. From their body language, it looked like they knew they messed up. One woman said, "Sorry, she will help you after, okay?" suggesting I wait for the younger hair stylist cutting a child's hair. I was like okay, but then 10 min passed and so I decided to go elsewhere. As I'm walking to my car, I called again to advise them I left, but I was immediately put on hold without a greeting...When I spoke to someone, it was the same woman who told me to wait when I walked it - so I definitely knew I didn't call another salon by mistake earlier that day. I told her I wanted to cancel my appointment and she just hung up..... Like okay?Definitely not coming back to this business. Just because you are busy doesn't excuse poor customer service. I'm a generous tipper to my stylists and wanted to support local businesses in Hayward, but they lost me at that experience. Future customers - you may get better luck to just walk-in for haircuts instead. Cash only and beware of the very small parking lot. I had to park across the street. One star is for the friendly girl who I spoke to the first time I called.

Tina was incredible! I made a same-day appointment. I have a pixie cut that I’ve been trying to grow out for months — every other hair stylist would ignore my request and cut it way too short, erasing my progress. But Tina gave me exactly what I wanted! To get rid of my “mullet” that my pixie was turning into, Tiny trimmed the back of my head, blended it, and thinned out the sides - I didn’t lose any hair growth progress at all, but I felt more polished! She talked me through the entire haircut to make sure I would be happy. Best haircut I’ve ever had — I’ll be back! :)Service: Haircut

This was my first time getting hair colored at a salon. Not only did they accommodate my appointment within a short notice, but also Jenny did a great job both coloring and cutting my hair. I appreciated her attention to detail and a thorough job. She is friendly and personable and answered all my questions.Only thing I didn’t like which really isn’t in their control : the space outside can be noisy. There were people playing loud music in their cars which was a bit annoying.

So I hadn't had a haircut in a very long time and my hair was really long and I decided I wanted to change so I walked in and Estella took care of me She was so sweet and talked me through the whole thing and ended up getting my haircut pretty short but my natural curls are coming back and looks way healthier thank you so much

Tina is great! My family has been going to that salon for years now. I recently went in to see if I could get my hair in a blonde balayage, and it was a bright red color. It was so bright that it seemed like it would have been impossible to get it out but she did an excellent job with my balayage, and made sure not to fry my hair when bleaching it when parts of the red refused to come out and my tips were pink. My ends are a bit different from the rest of my hair currently, but my hair was hard to manage, and Tina did the best she could when dying over the pink tips. It still looks great regardless!
