It has been ten nights since I have slept on my mattress. Let me tell you why it is a great decision to buy here. Unlike other stores, there was no pressure and no slimy tactics, intimidation or false praise. Keith and his assistant were straightforward and to the point. On my first visit, the store was closing early. As I was leaving, Keith said I could call him with "any questions even if you don't buy from us". So I went again and despite getting a 15% discount at the mega store that sells cute stuff in Emeryville (you know what I mean), I bought from Keith. I lay down on the two mattresses I liked, browsed my phone etc as if I was at home. Occasionally, I asked Keith some questions and he answered them all. No one hovered near me and made me uncomfortable. My mattress was delivered the very next day. The delivery guy Steve was very nice. So what you get here is good, honest service, fast delivery with no big company snafus, a great price and a good feeling that you are buying from a local business and an honest,nice, knowledgeable person. Highly recommended.

Went in for two beds today. Read the reviews and decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. No pressure at all but right there to answer questions. Good selection, super low prices, fast and friendly service. Made the purchases, set up delivery and disposal of the old mattresses in under 30 minutes. No complaints whatsoever, felt very valued as a customer.

In and out within 30 minutes. Quickly attended by Keith who was very honest and made our mattress trip go by so smooth. Has been a week since purchasing our mattress and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend coming here, great prices and great people.

I have been buying quality beds from Keith for about 30 years but this time I must leave a review for him. The selection of beds from economy to top-of-the-line up scale brands is fabulous. His prices are excellent for discontinued, seconds, etc. and you get to lay down on the actual bed (factory sealed of course) that you will get. The reason I'm leaving a review this time is for his outstanding customer service. Keith is a knowledgeable PRO who gives customers the information they need to make the informed choice they want. No pressure. No rush. Just a very nice buying experience. Now that I'm enjoying the bed so much all I can say is THANKS Keith. I'm sleeping like a baby and waking up more refreshed than I can remember.

I asked the price of a mattress and she told me the price and hung up. Not very helpful then when i pull up a black guy tells me i cant park in their parking space i told him im here to buy a mattress he said sure you are sarcastically so i left. Id rather just buy a mattress at full price at this point
