I feel slightly lied to. Their marketing team over the phone is great to talk but not transparent. I had requested a service for moving my 1b1b furniture and boxes from a public storage to my house which was around 12 min. I was told 2 things as part of the service which I didn't receive: - there was no 'Tip Required' message on Yelp but at the end the movers asked me for tips. - There was a 3% discount for cash. But I never received it Additionally, hourly rate in the Yelp message is not the actual one Also the service was slow compared to my earlier one from a different moving company for the same amount of stuff from my earlier apartment (1 block away from this one) to public storage (similar driving time). Earlier total time and cost (different movers): 2.5 hours and ~$450 For Ontrack: 4 hours and $656 + Tips The service was good and no issues with equipment and handling of the stuff. But all in all left with a feeling that this could have been quicker and cheaper

Just call them.They ran a bit behind in the morning. Having had a recent horror of an experience with days late delivery, I was worried and on edge. But they arrived and began immediately! They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. In short, OnTrack made a promise that they kept, which is ultimately what you need anyone moving your things to do.I recommend them. Thank you OnTrack!

Ontrack Moving did a wonderful job with my move today! Jonathan and Arturo did amazing work, were very professional, friendly, and quick. Jonathan went over the contract and explained the entire process. They arrived early which I appreciated because I was ready to go! They were very careful with my belongings. Jonathan has lots of experience as a mover with San Francisco moves which is great since SF can be so hectic. Carmina was the original point person and helped me to book the move. She was informative, friendly, and very helpful. Ontrack Moving gave me an online estimate which made everything easy to understand, and the pricing and costs were upfront and complete transparent. This is my 4th move with Ontrack yesterday-a fast and professional 2 man crew-Jerome and Justin were absolutely fantastic ! They treated my belongings with respect, like it was theirs, and superbly stored my items in my storage unit, making sure the fragile/top load marked boxes were placed properly on top! Mauricio and Alejandro were brilliant in arranging everything in per my request- neat and tidy. I highly recommend Ontrack, esp Dylan who scheduled the move, and Mauricio and Alejandro for carefully handling my items and the excellent service!

On Track was great! Sam immediately contacted me via email and text in response to my request for information. i had a small load going from Richmond to St. Helena. Our big move in 11 years! We moved from the East Bay down to San Jose! We were nervous about the haul but Eduardo and his team rocked it! We moved from a 2 bed, 1 bath place on the 2nd floor and they came promptly at 8amAnd got the whole place moved and in the new house in less than 5 hours! Impressive for sure and they were pleasant, quick and hard working! Thank you guys!

I had a great experience using Ontrack for my local move. The moving crew (Jorge, Diego, Maxímo, and Noé) worked very quickly and were helpful and communicative. They went above and beyond by climbing onto the roof and lifting some heavy, large items in through a second story window. I was nervous I wouldn't be able to move with some of these items but the team handled them confidently and carefully. They also did a great job protecting my furniture with moving blankets and re-assembling things that needed it. The office staff was also responsive and helpful ahead of the move. I would absolutely use Ontrack again.

Wow. We underestimated how long it would take us to pack up and move our home of nearly 6 years, and I am so glad Ontrack Moving was able to accommodate our last minute booking! Cesar, Arturo, Maximo, and Domingo were on time, professional, efficient, STRONG, and so kind, especially since our large dog insisted on supervising the whole move. :) We would absolutely hire them again!Even though we tried to pack all our things ahead of time, we were far from being done by the time moving day arrived. Cesar and his team worked quickly to help finish packing our house -- they handled everything with care and worked quickly! They were all clear communicators throughout the day and really hustled to get us packed up and moved in the shortest time frame possible. Over the years we accumulated so much and were running out of time to properly dispose of/donate things we no longer needed. Ontrack was able to provide an additional service (again at the last minute) at such a reasonable price! Miguel and Luis came by during the move to quickly gather up everything else we weren't taking and it was a breeze. Thank you, Ontrack, for providing such a quality service at the best rate in town! Our backs (and wallets) appreciate you.

Had to move mid week in a few weeks and needed a local moving service since I was moving solo and had some furniture and many odds and ends to move. They gave me a window of 12p-6p and I received a text warning ahead of time with their ETA. They were actually slightly ahead of schedule. They took the lay of the land and started to efficiently move things. I had Humberto (Foreman) and Hugo.They were extremely accommodating even though I had forgotten to tell them to take the wardrobe boxes out and they had to re-arrange to get access to the boxes which were stuck deep in the truck. I also was late in packing up so I was still trying to pack and box while they were doing their things. I showed them the racks of clothes in different rooms and they loaded them into the boxes for me to help me catch up. When they got to my second garage with a lot of "stuff", they were quite helpful in letting me sort through my items and designating what to take and what not.They wrapped up the furniture and TV and anything else that was loose. We were done packing up earlier than I expected.They actually got to my new place much faster than I expected. After getting an rough idea of where certain things went, they were efficient in unloading. I was able to catch my breath and provide direction on where certain things went. Communication was great throughout from the scheduling to the movers. At the end, Humberto ran me through the numbers so that there were no surprises.Pricing was somewhat competitive overall and there may have been cheaper options, but I tried to go with what service seemed to have a large number of solid ratings/reviews. I was not disappointed. I would definitely use this moving service again and would recommend the moving crew I had as well. Thanks for making a very stressful day more manageable!

The moving service was easy to book and coordinate. Requested documents were turned around quickly, which made logistics much easier with my building.The moving staff showed up promptly, was easy to communicate with, and attentive with my belongings. They made sure to wrap fragile items, and were wonderful to work with. Kudos to Jorge who lead the moving team!

These movers were AMAZING. They moved all of our belongings with care and they got it done stunningly fast. I would bet these guys could move a fully packed and tidy 3 bedroom house in well under an hour. I wouldn't know, however, because I was probably a bit of a nightmare client. My house was not fully packed, it was dirty and disgusting because it had flooded about a month and a half ago and become truly uninhabitable in our absence, and mice had come in through the soft, water damaged walls leaving their droppings behind nearly every piece of furniture. Honestly I don't think they could have moved anyone out of a worse situation than our old house. And despite how awful I know it was, they did their job without complaining, without judging, without wincing, and with kindness and understanding. And did I mention they got all three bedrooms carefully packed, carried up the stairs from our basement-level home, and loaded onto their truck (with room to spare!) In under two hours? Truly! I couldn't stop telling them how thankful I was for their help. I hope they know how meaningful their work was for me yesterday. It was more than just moving - it was a chance to get my life back. Thank you to Leonel, Carlos X, Luis P, and Antonio Perez. These four guys showed up on time and really went above and beyond their job requirements. Thank you.

This is my first time using Ontrack and I'm amazed by the service. They were quick to provide me with a reasonable quote and shout out to Carmina for following up and coordinating everything. As stressful as moving is, everything was handled smoothly. A huge thank you to Cristian and Domingo for helping with the move. They arrived on time and handled things efficiently and professionally. Everything was packed with care, including a glass cabinet and furniture. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were also very friendly and accommodating as to where things were placed. I appreciate their help and would happily recommend!

Leonel, Domingo, Carlitos and Diego T. moved us from San Carlos to Santa Rosa. They packed our things carefully and efficiently, then made the trip north expeditiously. Once on site, they off-loaded in a flash, always asking where to place the furniture and boxes. Over the course of our eight hours together, they never complained, argued or lost patience.
