Went in for a front end alignment. No one tried to upsell me, just gave me what I asked for. Communication and process was smooth. Alex was the contact and he was great.

Be aware! The old staff from 3 years ago is back and Williams and Elise are no longer working. You’ll see the shitty customer service back unfortunately. Time to say good bye and I am sad to see all the work that Williams and his team put in to regain the trust going into drain.

The work they do is well no problem but they are way over priced the guy tried to charge me 600 dollars for a break master cylinder. A brake master cylinder is 70 dollars. Only reason I got the other problems fixed her was out of convenience. I'm not coming back they got me once not again.
