They are scammers. I received Complimentary Covid tests at my optometrist, and was later charged $1000 to my medical insurance over the course of several months from Predicine. The problem is still not resolved. Never deal with this company.

This job is horrible and a very unprofessional job. Not only that but they're unorganized and have a lack of communication. Giving us assignments not knowing what to do. People in the office blaming the workers on the field for their mistakes. This pretty much only an Asian business

Extremely unprofessional. We took the Covid test through the school one time, they sent the bills to my insurance company 13 times over 3 months period!!!! I've called them so many times already and the issue is still not resolved as of today. They continue to charge us on a monthly basis for the service that we did not receive. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.

It gets busy for Covid testing, but can’t blame them for giving a free service. Never ran into any issues receiving my test results.

This Covid test from Predicine taken at Ashby and Regent provided a false negative, twice. Family member: Got tested on Thursday 1/6. Was negative. Took a rapid home test on Monday, 1/10. It was positive. Then, got a 2nd PCR test from same Predicine site on Thursday, 1/13 to compare. It again came back negative on Friday. Skeptical, took a rapid home test Friday, 1/14 to double check. It was still positive. I would never trust Predicine with another Covid test as I prefer my tests for pandemic level viruses to be accurate.

My family and I took 3 Covid tests and never got the test results. We received texts with links that would always lead to "errors". The FAQ section allows you to contact them via email so we tried that for each family member. We sent multiple emails to Predicine asking for help and no response. Why take a Covid test if you can't get the results. Find a different place.

Took a Covid test didn't receive results in the time window so I called and was told the test were lost. The gentleman on the phone was very dismissive and basically told me I took the test for nothing. Went to the site I originally was tested (outside alta bates in Berkeley). Went to go talk to the volunteers about the situation the girl and man were also very dismissive told me the car was in an accident and to just take another test. So no one was going to alert us that our test were lost we would have been left in the dark. The volunteers were extremely rude. The man just sits in the chair all day while the girl does all the work. But that must be why she is so miserable and has such a shitty attitude. If you don't like what ur doing get a new job or learn customer service skills. Plenty of other free Covid testing sites where you don't have to deal with lazy rude people. I suggest you find another company to go with.

I took a Covid-19 test with CityHealth that was supposed to free, but then was charged $230 by John Iocco at Predicine for the laboratory fee. Very shady.

Unprofessionals! Our school district has partnered with these guys for Covid testing at school and they send a text message after midnight for a negative result! The representative on phone was rude and asked me to talk to the school district to fix this problem!!
