I had a great experience at Raidmax when I came to get my Sound On X Microphone. As a streamer I use it on a day-to-day basis. This product is very high quality and does not disappoint! Not only this, but the customer service was great which makes more than likely to come back. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the quality of the X603 I purchased from them. When picking up the product, the workers at the office were extremely nice, quick, and efficient. Overall had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

the motherboard standoffs where in the mini atx slot on case, i went to remove three and they wouldn't get tight in their new slot, and they weren't stripped because of this the screw wouldn't get tighter either. also was missing three screws to go into the standoffs. slots for cable management was horrible, and didn't allow for very good cable management, i opened three back and the fan adapter to hook for fans to one cord broke off. Never buying or recommending Raidmax ever again.
