I went to this place to buy a bunk bed. The bunk bed was nice okay quality. When I went to purchase the people were just there to get the money. A salesperson said I will get my purchase in a week or less, and made me pay for someone to put it together. Two weeks passed no call or notification about why it delayed or even to let me know it was going to be delayed. I had to call them! Finally after two weeks and 1/2 it arrived. Two unprofessional people who just were rude and unequipped to put a bunk bed together. They asked me for scissors and kept it too. It took them a long time to put it together plus one was more lost than the other. The final job the said DONE and left. Three weeks later the bunk bed started to fall apart, screws were coming off and I had to get someone to come and fix it. Product was nice but everything else deserves a ZERO star .

I shopped at the Hayward store. The selection of furniture was incredible. I had been shopping for a perfect sofa for 2 years. Spotted one within a few minutes of entering the store. The young, male Sales Executive was very helpful (I wish I could remember his name!!) I found a sofa and recliner that I really liked and he had all the information at his fingertips re colors, shipping, costs, etc. SO HELPFUL. He estimated the furniture would be delivered in 2 weeks and it arrived in 10 days. The courteous delivery men efficiently assembled the furniture, and gathered up all the packing materials to take with them. Great service from store personnel and delivery persons. I highly recommend shopping there.

Very lazy customer service. Male sales person had no interest in sales. He had his arrogant behavior. Wasn’t answering questions. So we just took our business somewhere else.

Rude saleslady I've ever met. I was be back for purchasing one of the love seat since my wife and me went before Chrismax but we were told there's no delivery at that time. The saleslady "Juana" was too lazy to greet us and quoted me higher price on both clearance price and delivery fee compare the man gave us last time. I got it, I am in sales as well. However, she denied to plug-in the sofa to show us how it has power adjustment, she told us to come back tomorrow. Fine. She kept saying "Excuse Me" to me pretend she didn't understand my accent English and try to discriminate me as a Chinese. I do sales as well, and I speak fluent English. I asked her why I got different price quote, she replied some BS about Chrismax Sales and she is the manager, she make the call. Trying to contact the HQ for give this lady a customer service lesson. Shoppers Be Ware.

Juana was super helpful this summer during my search for a new couch and bed frame. Our couch was way too big to fit through our apartment door and after two tries Mariano and Jimmy made it happen! We couldn't have done it without them. Ramos exceeded our expectations and truly value their customers. Thank you all!

I bought a mattress 3 years ago, it said it's firm and it sinks in the middle. Their furniture are not good quality. Stay away.

Very attentive employees. Great selection of furniture. Found the most beautiful 6 person expanding dining table perfect for our new home. Also picked up a super comfy sofa sectional for half the price of other competitors which saved us a lot of money which prompted me to buy a matching coffee table to go with my dining set. Would definitely go there again.

Pushy saleswoman with a raunchy attitude! I don't know if management has changed recently because I have seen good reviews of this place before, so I bought a couch from there and when I received it, it had torn within mere days. It didn't look like it was cheaply made so I fell for their sales pitch, but never again. It was under warranty but the management refused to take it back without valid reasoning. Simply do yourselves a favor and choose a different store if you don't enjoy wasting your time, money, and energy on such nonsense.

A few years ago, we bought a dining table and a set of six chairs at Ramos Furniture in Hayward. Recently, due to a defect in the wood, the leg of the chair broke. With little hope, we visited the store in Hayward with proof of purchase, but the warranty was no longer valid. The employees were very accommodating, trying to change the frame of the chair, but this type of product is not currently made. To our great surprise, they gave us the showroom floor sample. We are very satisfied and grateful to have a complete dining room set before upcoming holidays.

After yesterday's fiasco at a larger store (see my other review) I decided to check out Ramos. Again, I did some research online and had my ideas prior to going in. Was immediately greeted and shown were I could look at the various recliners. Ended up picking one with more bells and whistles than the simple model I had picked yesterday. Extremely happy with the choice. Next looked at Sofas and the salesperson did a little research on her own and suggested one that I hadn't originally considered. Her suggestion actually fit to a tee all of my must haves..... worked out the delivery info, and paid. All purchases upgraded from my choices yesterday and yet I walked out paying less. THANK YOU RAMOS

DO NOT order furniture from this store. As you can see by other reviews the customer service is horrible. Once we got the table, we went to set it up, table was an easy assembly. Then we get started on the chairs and the first step is to attach the cushion to the base. The screws that came with it however were not long enough to even reach the base! We double checked everything it came with. So decided to call the store to make sure we just needed longer screws or something. The lady we talked to was SO RUDE and wouldn't even listen to what we were saying. She snatched the phone from the guy we were originally speaking with and didn't even listen to what we were asking. She just started accusing us of setting it up wrong when we hadn't even gotten that far yet. She tried to get us to pay to have someone else set it up instead of kindly listening and answering our questions about the screw length. They must get calls like this all the time considering how she just blew us off and didn't care to listen and immediately defend themselves.

I order table from ramos furniture in May and the told me 3-4 weeks now is almost august never get it the never call me to tell me whats going on i just called them the say delay I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
