Couldn't use a gift card online because there's no option to pay the remaining balance with another card. Tried to pay with it in person and their system wouldn't read the card when swiped. I had a receipt with the balance showing how much was on it, but they refused to enter the number manually. When I asked about entering manually she just said sorry and kept having me to swipe it again and again. Incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. I wouldn't have ordered in the first place if I'd known they weren't going to accept the card. Feels like gift card was a bit of a scam. And the lady at the register was super unhelpful. Definitely won't be ordering from this location again.

This location is the WORST. Do yourself a favor and call another location if the website forces you to order from this location. 4 orders in a row they’ve either forgotten food, taken triple the estimated delivery (2hrs and 45mins is wild), or brought the incorrect order. When you try to call you get the rudest employees who have zero interest in trying to help you out. Do yourself a favor and get a burger!

Standard round table pizza that's conveniently located. They undercook their pizza, crust is soggy and limp. When I order online I always ask they cook the pizza extra long to get a crispy crust and they never do. Also, never order a pizza in advance. They cook it right away and let it sit getting cold instead of timing it to be done a the requested time.

Idris is the man! He was very interactive with a lot of customers in line and he was the only person at the front desk when several of his coworkers called out. He held down the fort, gave us great customer service on New Years Eve, and for that he has our thanks. Good stuff,

First off! No one wears gloves while cooking.. one cook was scratching his head and rubbing his mustache with no gloves, just grossed me out completely. I did say something and the lady cook told him to put on gloves but he gave me the dirtiest look… I end up asking for a refund.. This place use to be so perfect, I hope they get it together for other customers cause I won’t be going back…

I ordered pizza and churros online for dinner since I wasn't feeling well. I paid and tipped online, specifying that my husband would pick up, providing his full name. However, upon arrival at the Amador location, they insisted on my physical ID, despite my attempts to send a virtual version. Frustrated, I had to drive there with my ID, an inconvenience I haven't faced at the Foothill location. Additionally, I was asked to sign a receipt, which is unusual for online orders. This contrasts with our smooth experiences at the Foothill location, making Amador our first and last choice due to poor customer service and an unpleasant encounter with the cashier.

Called in an order for a pizza and wings last night at 930p and they said it would be 30-45m for it to be ready but that i needed to be there before 10p to pick it up. We showed up to pick up our pizza, they never even started the order and said that it was because they were closed. If they had just said that when we called we would not have drove across hayward to get the pizza. They redeemed my coupon for a free pizza as well so i lost out on a coupon and wasted gas and time to go pick up an order that was never even entered. 10/10 do not recommend going to this location.

Ordered through the app. My order was accepted, received an order number, and received a delivery time. Well, my order did not come and not one staff member called me to let me know my order was not coming, they just closed accepting the order/payment. I called the next day and spoke to the Store Manager Idris who was not friendly. It seemed like my complaint was too much for him and he didn’t care. I asked to receive contact information of someone over him, he would not provide the information to me. As a customer, contact information should always be available. It will take 3 days to be refunded. The store manager did not apologize, didn’t offer to honor the order, etc. I will find another RT to order from which is disappointing because I was a regular customer.

Order pizza through the app and did NOT receive my order. The order was accepted with an order number and time of deliver. I waited over a hour to realize I was not going to get my order since the order didn't arrive at the delivery time. Not one employee called me to let me know I was not going to receive my order, they just closed. The following day I called to let them know what happened-the Store Manager Idris was rude. I asked to speak with the person above him which he refused to give me the information. It takes approximately 3 days to be refunded. Great customer would have been ensuring my ordered was delivered since my order was accepted and/or offered the order the next day free of charge for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism of the staff.
