Aside from reasonable price, Saf Keep Storage Staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The place itself is well maintained and they even loan you a free moving truck for one full day.

They're okay. The prices are pretty high, but that is typical of all storage places. The rents are guaranteed to go up every year 9 months into your current contract, so for the last three months of your current contract you are paying the next year's contract rate, which I think should be illegal.

I have been storing my belongings at the Hayward Safe Keep storage off and on since 2020. The staff is so nice. The storage units are always very clean. Also your belongings are safe and secure.

Customer service personne made sure I got all the answers I needed and Hayward staff were all so accommodating from start to finish all the way to allowing me to use their rubbish bin. Monique insisted that she throw the garbage for me. The manager Eugeno (not sure of spelling) and no matter how hard it is for me to remember her name, when u see her in person, she just makes my life easier. The smile alone along with Monique’s gives me the assurance that I did not make a mistake in staying put at Saf keep storage. There’s Marshall too, the man driving around in a golf cart. The whole ensemble is just is.
