got into an accident. Was referred to this place by my dealer. They were friendly and really nice to me and my family. The manger was really nice and understanding. Left us the car looking like we had just bout it sparkles and polished. Even cleaned the interior gave us the car looking fresh. good place

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! SCR continues to exceed all my expectations. The staff is professional, friendly, and always keeps me informed throughout the entire process.
Each time my car has needed repair work, the service is top-notch – my car looks brand new, and the paint match is flawless! They also handle all the insurance paperwork, making the experience hassle-free. I would highly recommend SCR Collision to anyone in need of collision repair + more. Truly outstanding service from start to finish!

This store is so far the best body shop I ever been to. The manager Ab is super understanding and professional, the stuffs are friendly and fast. They got my car well kept, fast processed on insurance, and updated with me frequently. They also wrote very detailed report, including each charge. The manager gave me many true advice on how to handle the situation. I m very happy and lucky that I got my car take care of by them ?????

Re-paint the damage two times, still feeling something not smooth on car body.Patching will see shadow in some angle viewing.Didn't clean up the car inside there is a lot of sanding dust left inside my leather seat.Workers left the chewing gum packing also.

After a very pleasant experience the first time used SCR when I was leasing my car through the local Honda dealership where my car fixed in a reasonable time frame, this latest experience has been the complete opposite. It's been over 5 weeks to have my bumper fixed and looks like it'll be 6 weeks just to fix a darn bumper! SCR did not contact my insurance company for a few weeks as they were waiting for pictures and their updated estimate and it wasn't until I called that they disassembled and sent it to them. Then after supposedly ordering the parts, they called and said one of the parts hadn't arrived yet 2 weeks after I signed off on ordering the parts. These were also quality approved parts from the company (Honda) itself as I paid extra to have them or else the parts were goign to be refurbished/recycled from China.Taiwan as the customer service rep mentioned to me. I had to then pay-out-of pocket for my rental car which I get 30 days covered, all to fix a darn bumper! When I leased from Honda, the car was more severely damaged and was fixed quickly and the transaction was extremely smooth which proves to me that they expedite and put Honda or other leased/dealership owned vehicles first over regular customers. Bad business and experience, stay away is my recommendation. Update: After initially posting this message here on Yelp, the message was posted in a group text that SCR sets up with the manager Abraham and other workers as well as the customer. Shortly after the worker posted it, the manager responded saying he will look at my claim this time around. I then called the shop again to check on what exactly was holding everything up and taking so long. I was told that there was a part that was on 'backorder' and wouldnt be available until next month. Meanwhile, just a few days prior when I called to get an ETA, I was informed that the car had been repainted and that everything was looking good and that someone would get back to me by the end of the day with an ETA which never happened. They still have not given me an ETA almost 6 weeks into the repair...to fix a bumper. Update 2: Owner/manager Abraham got in touch with me and I was very impressed with his response to my situation. He took accountability for the long delay and even agreed to pay for the rental car service until it was fixed. He also sent someone to get the part that was on backorder in Marin county and expedited it to be done within a few days. He also mentioned that he would give myself and the car the red carpet treatment with a wax job on the car itself for free and overall handled everything as professionally as one could have hoped for. Looks like the car will be finished by the ETA I was expecting and needing for the holidays due to his urgent response in this situation and shows he cares very much about his customers. Due to his response in this situation, as well as the pleasant experience I had the first time, I changed my review to 4 stars and would go back to SCR if needed and would suggest them to others.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Drew, Jessica and whoever else was the other lady I spoke on the phone are terrible at customer service and they only work with lies. Had to pay for 4 extra days of car rental out of pocket because they said they notified me my car was ready to pick up when they did not ( I even called them to confirm and they told me to just wait for their call). They used the excuse that they sent me a text message (which is very unprofessional to begin with) but they didn’t send it. Asked them for a screen shot of the message as proof and for my “surprise” never got it. Would not recommend them to nobody else!!Service: Body & Trim

I got into a hit and run a month after I bought my vehicle. This was my first ever accident and I wasn't sure on how the process with insurance and repairs would be. Abraham and his team were so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. They assisted me with the rental car reservation and they have this very convenient service where you can leave the rental with them and the rental office picks it up from there. They also kept me updated and would text me pictures and videos of the process and it was super informative and educational. The team in the office were very helpful and super patient. The job was super well done. They left my car like brand new! Shoutout to the techs who did an amazing job! They made this experience super helpful and if I ever need any work done I will most definitely come back to SCR! 10/10

My Toyota Camry's front bumper was damaged while parked in the street. I called SCR because they specialize in Toyota vehicles and they left my car looking like new!! I am extremely satisfied with their service and the quality of work! I will definitely recommend SCR to everyone!

Very bad experience with the customer service here My car was damaged by accident. I talked the car to Toyota dealership and I told him that I want the car fixed. They said they don't do Body Shop and so they suggest me to go in with SCR To fix the car So I approved it and they went and picked up the car from Toyota dealership to their body shop Long story short the car talked almost 30 days to be fixed with them Then, after one month, they called me they said oh your car is ready so I went to be pick it up the car was ready when I got there, so I paid the remaining balance Then I was going to leave. Luckily, I had my kids with me so I had to open the back door of the car and I was shocked that both backseat backseat were damage and burn when I asked the customer service here he said oh that's not from us I ask him do you have a picture and he starts show me the picture and he goes. Yeah it's been damaged before I told him can you show me a date of the pictures and he respond, saying all our system doesn't show you any date for the pictures Which does not make any sense that the picture doesn't have any time or date So I reached the manager and he said I will look into it. I'll call you back. He did call me back after a couple days and he said oh it's our fault. Will call you to fix the car. He never called me back And I had to travel for about a month then I came back so I went to them and I want them to fix my car and they said oh it's not our fault. We cannot take no responsibility for this Our guys is professional they don't do this falls it goes do you guys have any approval that you guys did not do the damage because the car wasn't damaged before and he respond. No I don't. How do you guys say it's not your fault do you have any pictures that shows the damage before he goes? No, we don't have any big sure for the interior from inside . So I told him how come, your guy showed me a picture for the interior from inside and you right now telling me you guys don't take pictures off the interior from inside and he responded saying oh that's the technician who did it without asking which doesn't make no sense I would not recommend this business and if you decide to go with them, make sure you to get pictures of the car before they start working on it

I know it's hard and a little frustrating to find a good & honest body shop. I've found this in SCR Collision. These guys went above and beyond to take care of my needs and they were always up front about repairs and the costs before anything was done. I had some work done to a classic car and was very satisfied with the end result. This was by choice. Most recently I had to visit their shop again, this time not by choice. Reason being, I was hit by a reckless driver and found not at fault. I greatly appreciated their experienced staff as they navigated the entire insurance claim billing process and always kept me informed. If you've never been in an accident I hope you never get into one. Unfortunately for me, it's not my 1st time and I don't appreciate paying for insurance and then doing the agent's job when it's their responsibility to take care of me, the customer, and handle all insurance claim issues. The team was amazing end to end. They came quickly to inspect the car and even picked it up for me and drove it to the shop which was a huge help since I don’t have another vehicle. They sent videos mid repair so I could see what was going on and kept me updated the whole way. Great to work with, would highly recommend.

I am extremely grateful to SCR Collision's team experts. They have gone above and beyond helping me with my vehicle. I had very little down time and they kept me updated through entire process as well as educated me regarding my vehicle needs and maintenance.
