I had a fantastic experience working with Kimberly at Security Public Storage in Hayward — all handled over the phone! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Kimberly took the time to explain all the rules clearly, answered every question, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
She also went above and beyond to find me a great deal and sent all my paperwork right away. Everything was handled quickly, honestly, and with genuine care — a rare experience these days.
I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Kimberly and Security Public Storage Hayward to friends and family.

I am so thankful to have met Ms. Elise at Security Public Storage in Hayward, CA. Moving is stressful and challenging if don't have support system. I am an senior citizen looking for storage unit in the area of Hayward. I was stressed, nervous and need a storage unit soon.
