As a frequent visitor to various smoke shops, I’ve had my fair share of experiences. Every time I stop at Star Zone it is a positive experience, but the latest encounter at Star Zone Smoke Shop really emphasized why I know they are special. Picked up a product that I thought might be faulty, likely a manufacturing glitch. I went back, not really expecting much. Kudos to them, they replaced it without any fuss. They didn’t have to, but they stepped up, no questions asked. That’s solid customer service right there. They’ve got insane inventory, they’re honest in their dealings, and they carry quality products. Definitely the go-to place for smoke shop needs, 11/10 every time!

Immediately one of my favorite head shops. Top 10 maybe even top 5. It had titanium nails, ostly all USA made products, good bong and pipe selection, good prices for an in person shop(not online), the owner was very nice and helpful; not as knowledgeable as we'd like but they rarely ever are. It even hada rare model bong; my unbreakable silicon/Glass hybrid we refer to as the scorpion. Poor vape and eRig selection, and no round bottom bangers, or recyclers, or wishing well bangers.4/5☆s

It's very nice place in here they got the best prices the people in there the customer they're very friendly you buy something to give you something for free I never seen anybody do that they're very nice people I will go there I go there every day to try it I never seen nice people like that very friendly
