I've been a loyal customer of TMO for years but this retail location sadly isn't up to par. I've been in a couple of times but the sales associates really don't seem that knowledgeable or engaged. I was able to resolve what I needed by calling customer care but I wish that retail here in Hayward was a better experience. I'm still a customer but I'll just go elsewhere if I need in person support.

What a pathetic store. I came here to get my dad a phone only to be told they are out of stock of everything but the iPhones AFTER I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for the sales gal to go through some unnecessary promos. She knew I wanted to get a simple phone and gave the last SIM card they had in stock to a customer who was there after me. So I couldn't even get an activated SIM card. I will be complaining to T-Mobile corporate about this. This was a very poor experience. Please don't waste a customers time and use shady business tactics to sell your products. It really should not take terribly long to get a phone when you paying full price for the thing. Btw: I was very CLEAR when I first walked in and informed the workers that my objective coming to this store is to buy and set up a phone TODAY. Why not just say you don't have it and let me go to another store in the beginning of my visit instead of wasting my time playing a stupid game.

I just switched carriers to T-Mobile and had some complicated transactions during the switch over so I went to this store for help and Matthew and Jeffrey solved everything for me, plus they were extremely professional and really nice. It made my complicated stuff so much less stressful. Excellent customer service from this store for sure!!

I have a Galaxy S8. And this T Mobile is in my neighborhood. I spoke with Angelique about there plans and deals on there Flagship phones. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. Nice store, clean and organized. I haven't signed on yet. But getting close. I would definitely recommend this T Mobile. ?

This store took my money and didn't get a receipt and they told me to come back another time didn't give me any device didn't give me no receipt for whatever I paid for and tried to lie and say there was nothing on their system

I went to pay this overpriced bill sometime service at this store. I couldn't find a place to park so I parked around the corner in a parking lot opened the door and the SMELL& HEAT! PACKED!! but my biggest concern was that all I could hear was talking but not understanding what was being said kids running around like a school of shark feeding on salmon! I think I may have heard someone with a language I could understand! No Mask! On all those faces so I backed out the wooden door that once had glass and ran! To my car. T - Mob you just have to wait for my payment. I understand that the customer is Always right but I went LEFT! By the way I did call 1st but was not informed not to come in at that time.

The service was good. Unfortunately this place was cozy and has limited stocks and we couldn't get Sims from this outlet. They have limited phone collection too. So need to enquire before you go .

Erick was awesome. The whole staff were super friendly & totally low key. No "you must buy this" vibe at all. I came in for a tech issue & even tho it couldn't be fixed right then. I'll be back again.UPDATE 05/10/22 Went back today bc I def need a new phone now. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock in the store, but I'll get it delivered in the next couple days & Erick helped me again, making the purchase simple & super easy. Still definitely 5 ? experience.
