Went here to get new line heard better than att talked to Joana here at southland mall hayward ca first she promise us tmoblie no hidden fees or suprises !!! But first bill was ok $169 2nd $179 then went up to $205 !!! Ridiculous !!! They said no changes a lot of changes wow!!! Then we went back one customer service name Liz not very helpful very rude need to trainedto be a goodcustomer service this Liz dnt knw how to help and dnt how to talked to customer help her please she need more training!!!! And Joana she need heToo moretraining she doesnt knw what she saying she need to go class to be tmobile team!!!! Please do something about this !!! Your customer service there in southland mall hayward ca. not helpful not friendly Very Rude especially Liz !!!!! Att way better cant wait to finish my contract !!!

We went there to remove myself from one plan and onto another. Only 1 employee worked there that day. He told us to do that we would have to go to "a headquarters level store" which is the one in Union City. We went there, but not before he helped us remove one phone line from an old account, so thank you for that.

Thumbs down for the lack of customer service...went yesterday for a new phone and 1st lady had a smart attitude, did not want to provide any helpful service, complete lacking escalated to manager who was respectful yet useless. Don't waste your time going here. You are better off going to the other location, way better service and helpful.

Johnathan went above and beyond helping us out today. He was super knowledgeable about different products and services and spent the time and effort to call up TMobile support and his manager to get out account converted to a business account. Afterwards he gave us a comprehensive run-down about all of our new perks on the new plan and the new products that we picked up. He assured us that we could reach out to him if we had any hiccups with the new plan set-up and made us feel like we were in good hands.

Worst experience ever from a Spanish guy who seemed to be upset that he was scheduled for work. I was looking to upgrade my phone and was advised I had to buy it no trade in value allowed. Horrible customer service. I went online that same day and was advised ( as I knew ) that, that was incorrect. I ended up with my new phone no thanks to him…. I wish I had his name, such a unpleasant experience.

I called the store if they hve iphne 13 pro green .They said yes! i drove there and said. oh hold On; u hve to wait 10min to open the safe. i thought u hve a pro. Opps! we hve pro max green. Liar! Mybe been sold.. I drove only 5 min. Can u call the any store? Here's the phone! U call! Wow!! while she is standing around doing nothing!! The worst customer service ever!

The most incompetent staff ever. I spoke with John over the phone. He said he would be able to assist me with adding a new line to my account. Once my boyfriend gets there all of a sudden there is an issue with adding the phone to my account. Instead of contacting Sprint after we explained this error, they just said we can't help you. Super lazy, and not willing to go the extra mile, not even a quarter of a mile to help. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only persons who thinks the customer service is seriously lacking.

I didn't drop my phone or damaged it. It was factory damaged. But they still said I couldn't pick up my new phone that arrived at the store for the second time(first time I wasn't notified that it got there and internal damage got worse). It's been 3 weeks and I keep going in circles. I called insurence and insurence telling me to go to t-mobile. And t mobile telling me to call insurence. The last thing I need from them is to tell me that they giving me a refurbished phone after going in circles and I didn't even break it.

Terrible Customer Experience. I walked in while the staff were chit-chatting, trying to see if I could look around, and the staff stopped me from looking around and asked all these questions, whether I'm here to buy, trying to answer as fast as they can, so I would leave and they can continue their talk. Plus, T-mobile has no reasonable offers for existing customers, only for new customers. This store is tiny, so looking around would take literally 2 minutes. These staff get paid to sit around during their shift.
