Went in to purchase 2 new IPhones. Spoke with Angelica. She talked so fast, we couldn't keep up and she kept insisting we finance the phones when we clearly told her we don't want to finance anything. We asked her what the cost would be again she reverted back to financing as that would a better deal according to her!1? Huh, we are paying cash how many times do we have to repeat this. It was so frustrating we walked out.

If I could give no stars for the stuck up unprofessional people that work at this store. When asked to help getting an issue straightened out I was told no and told to call the 800 number. I had to call with my phone and have them talk to the gentleman on the phone. The exact thing I asked them to call them about. If you are in Customer Service and want to be lazy be prepared to people to be upset. Stay far away from this store. T-Mobile do better and hire people that better reflect your company. Please remind your staff that high school behavior is not welcome in your stores.

This location 30186 Dyer st Hayward. Target shopping center. I was interested in buying a new phone. My current phone I owe only $17 more bucks. Anyways I walked into this store and understandably workers were helping other customers. Finally I was asked can I be helped. I explained I was shopping to upgrade but noticed I had to almost shout because the lady (Felisha ?) did not want to walk her big butt over to help if she could just stand where she was. I explain the phones I was interested in wer over by me where I was standing and if it wouldn't be too much trouble, could she walk over to give me some info on the phones iwas interested in. She then had a attitude like she hated dealing with people but she needed to be there to work because she needed money for her baby's daddy's bail. I decided I don't and I was not gonna deal with this attitude and spend my hard earned money at this store so I left.

Very clean store nice and cool. I was immediately helped through my entire process of adding 2 lines and purchasing a new phone. I was also able to set up everything and swap in store before leaving. All of the staff members were nice and professional. I will edit the name of the actual reps that helped me when I go back. They were so helpful and didn't rush me. We were all excited to see the new fold so I let them do the unboxing since the store model wasn't up yet. This isn't my home store and I stopped there to grab the last phone available. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to going here in the future.

Worst store. Employees including their store manager have no ethics. Evelin lied on my trade in to say that I didn't disable my find my iPhone to make sure that I did not get the trade in credits (their store manager Kerwin approved that and was part of the lie). Why wouldn't I disable find my iPhone feature when I am turning in the phone in person. They eventually acknowledged their error and to make it right they took my phone back and charged me the normal restocking fee. Didn't waive it. The store manager Kerwin didn't help either. I have been a customer for 5 years and would be moving all 4 lines elsewhere. Avoid this store at all cost.

They would not take an extra couple minutes to sell me a phone because there was 5 min left till closing time. I already knew what phone I wanted. Terrible service, would not want these people working for me.

I only came here to buy a charger for my phone because mime broke, and when I went to go pay for it, the male employee was watching porn on his phone set down on the desk! He wouldn't be doing that if the DM was there! I am traumatized for life

Ordered a replacement phone and was shipped to the store, arrived one day early and got a notification that it's ready to pick up, I go to pick it up and they can't release it because it's not in the system to activate yet and I will have to wait to possibly the next day, they said they will call me when it's ready, and of course, they never called, I call late afternoon and they had to check if the phone was activated in the system, they said it's activated, and I go to pick it up and that took good solid 30mins at the store for them to release it, SMH!!!

Do not go to this store!!!!! Manager name Adisa or adesa is the the worst. Would not help me unlock my sprint phone after I paid off the unit. I was able to have my 2 other phones unlock in the same store 2 months prior. But this lady is too lazy to do it. She said I have to call customer service. After I showed her the screen shot that I have it unlock in the same store she gave me the Oh we are closing in 5 min.
