VERY unhappy people are allowed to bring their dogs into thestore . This is a health code violation .There was a man there this morning with a poodle . The dog wasjumping up on the chilled food displays .Not one employee told him pets aren't allowed in food stores .

Today I was looking for some meal prep jars and couldn't find them, so I asked some guy named "Zane" I hope that's how you spell it, this guy takes me over to where they shouldve been and we found a larger set but I only needed like 3 jars. This amazing dude says "what if I give it to you for a price you won believe" I said ok, this man scans it and says "how about $20" I was like HUH!?!, I walked out with a damn kitchen set of jars that should've been $50 bucks, this man is the GOAT fr much love to bro. I hope I don't get this guy in trouble, but he seemed like a manager so yeah

This Target USED to be good. I had a horrible experience with a drive up pick up. I placed an order, was notified it was ready. Pull up, notify them of arrival nothing. After over 20 minutes I go inside. The line at customer service is long and there is no one to help. I am told to go back in my car and wait. Another 20 min go by, nothing. I go back in, and there's other customers for drive up w the same situation.The employees barely even want to speak to you. Just a mess.This is frustrating and inconvenient and defeats the purpose of "drive up" I could of just gone in, grabbed the items myself and been in and out. Saved time and save me from the headache and time wasted with these people. Get it together.

Had the items I needed. Was able to order online and choose pickup to get the order. The pickup was free and fast. I didn't have to wait long at all. I told them when I got there I was on my way and arrived saying I was here, through the app they let me know the order was on its way, before I knew it there was a checker waiting to put my things in the car; even where I would like them. Way to go target.

Drive Up: Ordered through the app and was able to pick it up within an hour. It was quick and easy! Unfortunately, I got the wrong item. I had ordered a microSD card, but got the SD instead.Customer Service: Shout out to Janeth for being so patient and understanding of the situation & to the gentleman that helped me get the correct item in the back!

Shared a picture. This is the visual representation of "not caring about the customer experience". Lol. And still only 3 registers open. You would think every manager and stocker would be called up when there are 2 lines running past hba....but nahhh. I took my shopping to Amazon today instead, like any self respecting human would. But I decided to go all the way inside to grab the picture, in case it will help someone in target land rethink how they run Sundays.

This review is for order pick up only. If you can, AVOID this location for drive up order pick ups at all costs. They are soooooo slow for drive up. I literally waited 45+ min for my order and it never came. I ended up leaving and coming back 2 days later at a later time in the evening and AGAIN they are took forever to bring out my drive up order. They literally have 1 person doing drive up orders and 15 cars waiting to pick up. I don't fault the workers at all and actually felt bad for the 1 employee doing drive up orders. But Target you gotta do better!!!!

Friendly customer service. Store is pretty clean throughout. They're remodeling the Starbucks; which looks better than before. The seasonal section is being transformed to the inevitable Back-to-School theme. I wish their self checkout had more than 4 registers and more cashiers open.

Do NOT do their drive up option. I've done it twice at this location and they forgot to give me at least one of the items I had already purchased on my list. During the busy times (3pm past), its like a 30 minute wait to checkout. Not bad when you got before lunch time, the store is basically empty.

Target on Hesperian and A street has gone down hill big time. The lines are ridiculous, usually has only 2 cashiers and if your lucky 3 cashiers which is rare. The shelves are empty and they hv expired food items. The manager, shes walking around like shes busy but shes just moving carts, no help whatsoever!! I guess with the remodel they're doing they dont have the funds to hire help. Who knows, all I know is it has gone downhill!!!

Went their one minute before 10:00 pm closing and the immature middle age women refuse for me to buy some ice for my ice machine hip equiptment. Was having left hip operation 2 days later. Target manager, district manager, corp office blew me off when I filed a written concern about Target not friendly to Cancer/ Hospice "SURVIVOR" and permanently disable person. As I am. I was polite and submitted my narrative on how this Target immature women refuse to let me get a big package of ice. A young man behind me got entrance saying his wife was inside even though he reeked of weed. Target is B.S. customer service. Extremely surprised in a good way with the customer service that I received in the returns department with Cat yesterday. I purchased 3 different wrist/hand support braces to compare at home because I didn't have time to read more about which would be better suited for my needs. To my dismay I found out one of the boxes was empty when I got home. I went back to the store the next day and was helped by Cat in Guest Services! I explained the situation and was assisted very cordially and no questions asked about the situation with money refunded back to me immediately.

Giving this Target 5 stars for the 3 gentlemen, I think they're security? That caught an old homeless lady fill up a cart with Target goods. I offered to pay the food she got but they said they will take care of her and They Did! They gave her drinks and food but the most impressive part was how they treated her. They treated her with REsPECT & with kindness. I saw 2 of them on my way out and I stopped to thank them for their kindness and give them kudos. One of them is Juan saw his name tag. Excellent job guys! And to Target for training them well in handling situations like that one.
