I ordered some matching family pj's for my family of 7 the on track delivery driver stole my package and I can't get a refund or replacement never shop here online unless you want to be robbed of your items. I used there credit card too and yet still nothing they can do never again will I shop here. I'm out $148.99.

Horrible service. Customer service is trash . Wouldn't waste a dime here . The quality is equivalent to Walmart so why waste your money in this up scale trash . The workers look like meth heads . Highly ghetto wouldn't recommend to my enemy.

So bad store not organized..I ordered something for pick up and received confirmation email that it’s ready for pick up on the same day ..when I went there cashiers told me it will be ready tomorrow i don’t know why they send me confirmation email !!! and I don’t have time to go there again for pick up,, even cashiers super slow !!!

do not ever order clothes from them online they do not accept returns no matter the condition it came in. I had some items that were damaged and they will not take them back. Do not buy anything from children's place worst customer services ever!!!!!!

You should never argue with the customer in the first place! Especially if your the “manager”! Make sure to put the example for your associates! Horrible customer service!

Alexis is amazing!! I came in with a return for an online order of $299. It was about 30-35 pieces of clothing. I came in right as soon as they opened hoping it would be fast. Apparently when making a return they have to have the items in order because they need to manually type in the price of each item after you scan them. (So d**** in my opinion) So i decided to help her organize each item by the list on the return form. Not even 20 minutes and the line was getting long, fast. However Alexis was a great help! She was efficient, didn't make me feel anyway for taking up so much of her time. The manager (a man) on the other hand was rude!! I seen him giving me ugly looks because I was keeping his staff a while doing the return. And the line was getting long, fast. So someone needs to talk to him about customer service. Alexis was amazing! Did my full return for me and did it happily, i wish I could've tipped her but since it's retail I hope her manager see's this yelp review and congratulates her in some way, shape or form for her outstanding customer service. Thank you!

I absolutely love the children's place and shop with the company frequently for my three children. I just left the store struggling to carry all the items I just purchased, because they ran out of bags. I asked can I have one of the bags in the store.( I mean it wasn't my fault they were out of bags). The manager told me they have them for sale. He didn't compromise with me or even show any type of concern. I mean I spend a lot of money with this business, and I feel I should get quality customer service. I would've took a discounted bag anything, but I felt shut out.

Two employees restocking shelves and I'm the only customer. No greeting but instead they decided it was better to talk to each other. I'm actually ok with that however when I'm standing at the register for 5 mins and you both continue restocking ... now that's how you earned this one star. I know you see me and only 10 feet away. Again I'm the only customer in the store.

What a disaster. I won't even get into the mess. But the lack of customer service is unacceptable. 7 people in line, I ask the associate next to me if they could open another register as there was 1 person ringing. She rolls her eyes and says no. I asked why there is only 1 cashier ad 2 people cleaning. She says there's only 1 cashier because 2 people need to clean. I asked to speak with the manager and she shouts across the store to a gentleman. I wait for about 5 minutes, line hasn't moved, and I ask again. She rolls her eyes and screams again. I speak to the Asst Manager who confirms that they are more concerned with cleaning, rather than accepting money for clothes from the, now 6 people, waiting in line. He then looks at me as if what I asked is a new thought to him.... puzzled, he then asks the associate to open another register.

This place service sucks!! I went in to do some shopping for my kids(4 of them) and no one greeted me. A few other people walked in and were greeted right on the spot. Dont mean to sound like a nag, but when someone greets you..it makes you feel welcomed and so it lets you know that they are willing to help you if needed/asked. But nothing at all. There was a female & male (employees) in the store who were talking about their lives and what they did yesterday and what they were gonna do the next day. There was no help offered. I passed by them several times and I never got a smile or a 'can I help you?' Lol. Whatever. I was a little frustrated bc my toddler was running around and these people didnt make it any easier. Went to check out and the cashier didnt say anything at all. Ran my credit card and it DECLINED. Im glad it did! I told her if there was a survey I can do online for customer service. I left. Called my credit card and it was a suspicion of fraud bc I made a few other purchases at Macys & Sears. Glad my card declined, do not want to give service to those who clearly dont deserve it.
