My dog's doctor pre-ordered medication for me to pay for through the true pill company. I paid $20 for one to two day delivery. My dog's medication was pre-approved by the vet at the time of purchase. It was ordered Monday the 1st and I've received and notice from the USPS that the medication will not be delivered until 9:00 p.m. on December 8th. When I contacted the company about this not being one to two business days for delivery, basically told me it wasn't their problem and that there was a one to three day processing prior to shipping. I understand there's a processing. If I could leave zero Stars I would. I have been taken advantage of by this company in the form of expedited shipping. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. They've delayed my dogs care and it means nothing to them. They're just in this for the money they don't care about people or their pets. It's all about the money. 1,000% disappointed!

My vet clinic recently switched to Vetcove, who uses truepill to distribute medication. My dog has a painful condition that requires Atopica to treat. We placed our order 12 days ago and still haven’t received the medication. We ran out 3 days ago and I had to drive 2 hours round trip to my vet to pick up medication in person to bridge the gap. Truepill/fuze rx told me they would put in an order for an expedited shipment 5 days ago and just sent me a denial today in which they blamed it on USPS (the shipping partner THEY choose to use). I will run out of medication again in a few days. If I had been able to order my medication through chewy, I would have had it after 2 days through fed ex. Even Covetrus always got the medication to me within 5 days. My dog is the one paying the price for vetcove and truepill’s incompetence. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

I paid extra for priority shipping. The package shows up 7 days later than what I paid for. They have “priority shipping” options on their website, but it’s only there to get more money out of your pocket and into theirs.

Our vets use Truepill for online prescription ordering. Our cat needed Atopica for a skin condition. The first order took four days to get to us. The second, autoship order was sent out a week later than scheduled and then took five days to come. Our cat was without medication for 9 days, setting her back to square one. Our vet now says we may be fighting a losing battle because of this setback. I went online and found Allivet for her prescription. I ordered it four days after the autoship order from Truepill was supposed to be filled, and the prescription from Allivet still arrived a day before the Truepill order. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement.

I currently have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've been doing mail order with them for a year now and not had any troubles. I can always get somebody on the phone and always get any questions answered.

i always see so many bad reviews about this pharmacy, but i have yet to make one myself. i don’t ever work with them directly, but they fill my birth control through twenty eight health. my prescription is always filled within two days of it being sent, and is delivered within four. i have such an easy and amazing experience with truepill!

My experience with them has been terrible. They said they work nationwide but for some reason are not in network with the most basic and common instance, blue cross blue shield? I went with this route so I didn’t have to go anywhere and just have my meds delivered to me but that is apparently not an option anymore. THEN, they want to charge me extra fees to have my prescription transferred to a local pharmacy near me? Why am I having to pay extra for YOU not being in network? I was told you work with most insurances and again blue cross is one of the most common health insurances nation wide. . So I now have to pick it up, something I don’t have time for as well as go out of my way to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy or pay extra to get it. Great!. This has by far been the worst experience. I THOUGHT I was paying for convenience, but I guess not. Would not recommend this at all, just save yourself the trouble!!!

FRAUD! When contacted from the pharmacy about filling a prescription they told me what my share would be. I told them NOT to fill the prescription. They did not fill the prescription, but the next month my explanation of benefits showed they had billed my insurance! After speaking to the insurance I was told the company had been paid. Will the insurance get the money back? How often does this happen from these online pharmacies and WHY are they billing insurance when they don't even fill an order? Prime example of DOGE.

UPDATE: The “owner” responded to my review and stated I would receive the order 1/14/25, yesterday. Still have not received. Called today and they are unable to give me ship date.
12/31/24 doctor confirmed at 1130am that she sent over prescription
1/7/25 label created for fedex
1/8/25 credit card charged
1/15/25 …. Still waiting
My doctor sent a prescription in (to LillyDirect) 16 days ago and I still have not received my meds. Every time I call I am told it will go out the next day. I have been given 3 different excuses for the delays. I have talked to so many people and still can’t get an answer to when I will receive my prescription. My credit card was definitely charged. I have missed a week of my meds. When I asked if any discount or credit could be issued, I was told I can cancel the order. This will by my last order with them.

Nothing but issues took order knowing they had no stock i had to call for update they tried to blame it on fires. They knew they had no stock when my order was taken I've been sitting here waiting had I not called they would have held the order for however long smh my last order was delivered to my address with no signature so I lost 550$ they left it on the porch during holiday season this is unreal.

I placed an order for my pet's pain and anti-inflammatory meds over 10 days ago and am STILL waiting for the order. However, when I wrote my initial review, it prompted immediate attention from TruPill including a call from Lane, who had already done the research to track down my dog's order and she was able to explain the delay.
This experience has revealed some glitches in communication between TruPill and their partners which Lane was happy to know about so that future improvements can be made.
In the meantime, I was assured that she will keep an eye on my dog's order and keep informed if any other issues arise.
Also, in my initial review, I had left an overall rating of 1 star because of the horrible experience I thought I had with a TruPill customer service rep. It turns out, I had transposed two numbers when I called and was never speaking to TruPill. It was a bizarre, unpleasant exchange but NOT TruPill's fault and I apologize.
Thank you, Lane!!

I've been ordering the same medication online for over a year and a half now, using the same insurance that I have had for quite some time. I have been going back and forth for days now, being told that my prescription was rejected by the pharmacy due to an invalid or missing group ID number. Confirmed my identification number/group number with representives from the website that I get my script from before it is sent out to the pharmacy that ships it out to me..also made sure that it was all correct on my account profile..Called my insurance company and spoke to three different people between yesterday and today who all have said that there was not a claim rejected on there end and they have nothing showing on there end that a claim was even processed this month or last from this pharmacy..last claim they have was from October which was when my script was filled last. They tried multiple times with me on the phone to call and make contact with someone at the pharmacy with no luck what so ever. So now I am stuck with the hassle of having to file a claim through my insurance company for reimbursement because I had to pay out of pocket for a prescription that I needed when I have valid and active insurance due to the unprofessional manner in which this pharmacy conducts buisness. Insurance company said what I was being told sounds fishy and advised me to find another fulfiller for my future prescription needs and frankly, I agree.

My veterinarian uses this pharmacy for their online orders. I’ve ordered the same heartworm tablets twice in the last year and both times the boxes are missing pills. Their quality control seems to be very lacking. Their shipping turnaround is great but I am concerned no one is inspecting what is going out the door.
