The branch on Hesperian is conveniently located near me. I use the ATM outside of the branch most of the time. They do not have the NCR ATM inside the branch, unfortunately. Pleasant friendly staff.

I do not recommend using US BANK for business use, full of false promises! I have given them over 3 months to get my account right, still not set up fully and they just dont seem to care..... This is after they begged me to come back!

I rated 1 because the branch mgr Shalini Chandra gave me a hard time when I closed my checking account. I have all my documents as she requested like ID, ATM card. But still did not let me closed. Then asked for my passport (suck!) for an additional identification. I also pleased her and went home to bring it to show her. But she still did not let me close the account. I called my brother for help and he went to the branch to fight for his rightness. The bank also offered me to open a new account to transfer all the funds to the new account. But I said no. This was very terrible experience I had been through this branch. 1 star rating for this branch is deserved.

I had bad experience in this bank usually no problem with this bank .but yesterday was notI am long time. Customers will us bank. Yesterday isn't to this bank but I drove there 20 minutes I was in line 30 minutes. Due to the computers.problem.i want to wait in the bank to see where the bank can work later because the teller said was ok.but one of the manager sat in the table working call me and complained me in front of all and kicked me out.the manager name Abdll.

After my first visit to this branch (which is not a good one, the male teller took forever to process my deposit and I ended up just taking it back unprocessed). But still I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I went back after a couple of months but lo and behold it was the same thing, a simple deposit took 20 minutes waiting at the counter for the same male teller to process it and once again I ended up just taking my deposit to another branch.

The people that work here are like the G in lasagna... USELESS!!!! Thanks Abdule for being just that. I would literally rather deal with Absolutely any other bank than USbanks because of this very branch in particular.

I had a problem with a unique transaction and returned to the bank with my complaint. I was turned over to a lady manager that reminded me of "the fairy Godmother " I am here to fulfill your dreams but here are the rules.... very satisfied with the interaction and results.

I was looking for a bank that did medallion signatures for its account holders. (My old bank doesn't offer them.) I looked around for a bank that could do this. I had a horrible experience with the bank officer at Wells Fargo in downtown Hayward. I had an okay telephone conversation with an officer at Chase, but I had the best experience with my telephone contact at US Bank, Hesperian Branch. I was told to ask for Dean Kennan, the branch manager. Her service was excellent: she was personable, detailed, conscientious, professional. Moreover, unlike most bank officials, she was friendly and had a nice sense of humor. It made the trip to the bank a pleasure. I warmly recommend this branch on the basis of my dealings with her. In addition, I was pleased to learn that US Bank offers free checking accounts to non-profit organizations. This is a meaningful service to me.
