Way over used...clueless about USPS computer system and it's capabilities...impossible to get real continuing support for PO BOXES and mail sorting to the boxes!

the attendant is always nickel and dime you for your shipping. Some of my packages were found to have insufficient postage and they billed it to my credit card. only happens here, stay away.

I don't have problems with anyone except Van. She seems to treat everyone except me with respect. Immature isn't enough to explain this ladies attitude. Maybe it's because I'm of color. So if you aren't black she will probably treat you with the respect you deserve. Worst usps been to. Growing up in San Jose I guess I've been spoiled because I've never seen any associate of usps act like thia.

Came in for a walk In appointment for the hours of 9-10am. There was a long line as expected, but what I really appreciate is as it was getting close to 10am, Ms. Irma and her staff did not turn those who were waiting. However. She came out and explained the options of waiting times because they do have to serve appointments too. She walked the line answering questions. I really appreciate her not turning us in line away after walk-in hours were over. Mr. Eddie processed my application in a timely manner and was very friendly, humorous and nice to chat with about traveling. I highly recommend to come with your photos & copies of Documentation as it speeds up the process when you go to the back. They all have excellent customer, thank you staff

Terrible Customer Service! I have 30 mentally ill clients that needed a change of address form so I went to look for the change of address forms for our clients and I decided to wait in line knowing there's nothing restocked. The Chinese lady name Fredi directed me to the Chinese manager that was standing right in front of me looked at me and looked away speaking in Chinese to the other Chinese staff. So the white lady over heard me asking for the forms for the 30 members directed me to go online and do it online. The post office is suppose to go above and beyond to help the vulnerable populations especially schizophrenia patients. The level of service is rated at a 1. It doesn't take much to help these people out with the paper forms and helping them by punching it in like it's a hard thing to do..please spread the word. These people are racist in my eyes.

the postman delivering letters on Amador St is HORRIBLE, uncultured, mean and saucy. Zero respect for the customer. She talks like a dog! terrible woman!

We've been having a series of mail thefts in our community, so when we were away, we had to have our mail put on hold in this location. Today, we picked up our mail and noticed we were missing a package. It turns out that it was delivered to our mailbox - when everything was scheduled to be on hold, and the kind folks at USPS were apologetic. They took their time checking on where this could be found. We got home to a missed ring on our doorbell and found video footage of the mailman attempting to deliver the package (from our mailbox lol) and making sure he hand delivered it to us. We didn't see the package on our doorstep at all and it's either the mailman took our package again or somebody may have stolen it. It's not unusual to have it stolen. Later today, our nice mailman was back, rang our doorbell, and delivered our package again! I'm impressed at how tenacious they were at making sure we had our package.Because of the thefts, more people are having their mail on hold, and there is only one man at the counter most of the time. He did get help though, so eventually there were two. It took a while as they obviously manually look for our stuff back there. I do feel bad for the post office. All the new homes being built around the area, and this place doesn't look like it's getting a lot of funds to improve their work lives or safety. I say they deserve waaayyy more than what they have at the moment.These are very kind and wonderful USPS workers. Great vibes in this location. :) Keep it up!

Not so accommodating staff. I. Dont generalize but most of their satff are rude. Passport appointments are very irrational and no considaration.

Made appointment for passport. Parking is full so we need to park by the street. We inquired there for passport and made us wait on the line posted. Waited 30 mins, and we follow up. They asked us our appointment time. We told them weve been waiting on line only to tell us that they will not accept us bec wer 2 mins late and they asked us to reschedule without any consideration.

Bad customer service! Clerk took my letter and ended up being returned to me because "the to/from format was incorrect." We talked beforehand to confirm that the formatting was correct and she took my letter, so I assumed that everything was fine.Why tell me that the formatting was fine only to send it right back to me and tell me it was incorrect? Waste of $7 and time.If anybody notices something is off with your letter, you have to be responsible to take care of it yourself because you can't depend on the workers to really help you even if they point it out. They don't care enough once they get your money. It'll only cause delays.

Never go here ever!! The counter ladies are so rude. They wouldn't accept my pre labeled packages because they said the items didn't fix in the box. But what happened is the boxes are so bad they don't close well. I came the end of the day and they had a line. They just didn't want to ring them up. They told me good luck for the next place because they will charge you extra. I drove to the next usps and dropped 9 of them off. They said thanks and I them what happened and they said that a lot those workers over at that location don't know anything and are lazy. These ladies are awful!!!

pickup schedule is ridiculous, and their pace is slower than DMV. i waited 20 mins to pick up my parcel when there were only two people in front of me.

I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A FEDERAL BUILDING WOULD ALLOW ITS LANDSCAPING TO LOOK SO POORLY. THE GRASS AT THE MAIN POST OFFICE ON SANTA CLARA HAS DEAD GRASS, OVERGROWN WEEDS, AND THE PROPERTY IS FILLED WITH TRASH CONSTANTLY. THEY HAVE A TRANSIENT THAT SLEEPS OUTSIDE AND LEAVES A MESS. SHAME ON YOU POSTMASTER FOR ALLOWING THIS LOCATION TO LOOK SO HORRIBLE AND UNKEPT!
