“EDIT: Despite the long wait, Cloudious9 made things right about 3 weeks after I first contacted them. They sent a new base to their Carti9 product, which initially arrived broken. The product works amazingly and is very smooth. I will still take off a star as I would’ve been fine with a refund after such a long wait; and now I have two full kits, along with a second piece that belongs to another device entirely, which is a bit inconvenient.
Will update if they ever make this right, but as of now I am still waiting for a properly working base component for my Carti9 as mine (a Xmas gift purchased a month ago) came broken. Their customer service is abysmal and nonexistent. They then sent me the wrong replacement item after being radio silent for a week-plus. Now, it’s coming up on two weeks since I received the wrong replacement item and the issue still has not been resolved. Just things to be aware of if you plan to become a customer of theirs.”

“First off I was going to give this place 5 stars as opposed to 4 stars, strictly for being open when they say they are going to be open. So i do appreciate the fact that they showed up when they said they would. the reason i knocked it down a star was because the item that i was looking for, was twice the price at any other shop that i have been too. Not sure why but it was. The personnel are always in good spirits and although the shop is small, they carry a lot of inventory. I won't stop coming but probably only when needs to be met.”
