The entire team at this Verizon store are very helpful! Ben went above and beyond when I got a new phone and had issues with the SIM card, I was in and out in no time and my phone was functioning properly. Thank you Ben!

I got amazing help at this store. Lizette knows what she’s doing and makes everything super clear so there’s no surprises. She’s also very patient when I asked to see different phones. The wait was definitely worth it.

Juan did a great job helping me get set up with my new iPhone 15. He was very helpful and actually spent quite a bit of time making sure the new screen protector was applied correctly. I really appreciated his eye for detail and he made sure I was comfortable with the transaction. I would hire him today if I could!

They were asking my account number and pin for s sim pick up. On verizon website says my photo ID should be enough. The guy asking me to call customer service. Why do u guys have a store then. Moving to at&t. Horrible customer service.

I went there to buy a phone today. The lady (Angelica) told me she will give me free accessories for the phone.. When I saw the bill I have been charged $65 for SCREEN PROTECTOR and $60 dollar for case.. I asked her to return it if it’s not free but she didnot.. Terrible experience.. she even charge me $30 for set up and go. And I am still using my old phone because my new iPhone is still not ready to use..

Kevin was a great help in the lengthy process of upgrading my phone, adding my mother to my plan and home internet. What took the longest was transferring all my photos and crap but he was warm welcome and knowledgeable. My only reason for not giving a 5 stars was he waited until 1/2 way thru the transaction to let me know I'll be paying the taxes off the full retail value of the phones ($1200 and $800) and not my trade in value so we had to come out of pocket about $400 that we weren't expecting. So my only suggestion is start with that and be up front about it. But other than that it was fine. Will be returning again if I need anything and the the store was clean, whole staff was welcoming and I would recommend to anyone
