I spent 30 minutes in line waiting to pay. Purchased three brews, that I am unable to wear because the woman who scanned my items didn’t take the locks off. Having to double back to Hayward just for this is messed up. I called to let them know and no one care about my time. Left me on hold on the phone for me to hang up. I will not ever shop here again. Lines too long just to have to come back. First worst experience.

Management is beyond disappointing here and to the lady that seemed bothered by someone asking for tissue to wipe off lotion that exploded out everywhere I guess next time just sling it on the ground than rather be treated like a problem decided to take my business elsewhere.

I was greeted at the door and immediately felt welcomed. I mentioned to the employee that I wanted to get measured, I not only received that, but I also received amazing customer service! This was given by LauraLynn, Laura the Pink store Manager & Serena! They were all super helpful especially the manager from Pink! They always checked up on me when I was in the fitting room and asked me questions to have a better understanding of what I’m looking for. After a bunch of try ons and different sizing and many questions I had, we were able to figure out what work best for me! I really appreciate the time that these employees gave me, and I did spend about 2-3 hours in the store trying to figure out what else I wanted. I appreciate that they were able to take their time with me and help me out. Without the help of Laura, LauraLynn and Serena, I wouldn’t have walked away with the correct size. Thank you again ladies and I will be stopping by soon again!

Employees, the ones walking around the store are so rude. They have long lines at cash registers yet they don't think they can help handicap customer at the single register . 2 of them were standing n chatting when I asked if they can help me with my payment. They pointed at the long line n said that's the line stand there n they will help u. Talked to me like I couldn't understand them. Seriously why isn't there a line for handicap customer specially now during holiday season. To the women who talk to me like that, show some respect to the customers, we r the reason u have a job n u r the reason people like us shop online. I won't be surprised if this location goes out of business coz of employees like u.

I walked in I was very well greeted. I was told about perfumes that were on sale. I was told if I need anything feel free to asks. I approached the cashier. I was their top get my daughter a make up bag. The cashier was so so nice! I can't find my receipt so I can give her credit. When I find it I will edit! She was very fast getting customers in and out. While answering a million questions! I really respect her for that. She was so calm and humble. I didn't see any signs so she said well it's buy one get one free. You don't have to get another make up bag you can get a wallet. She named items I could get. I really wish I wasn't in a rush. I would had stocked up. However, my experience in there today was wonderful! Thanks Staff!

They had a great sale and the customer service is great but you shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes. They need more staff!

the bra sizes are extremely small and inaccurate and the pink & vs underwear has gotten thinner over the years. literally will rip if you gain any weight at all

I just went to a Victoria’s Secret store today and had a terrible unpleasant experience. I know that every company has fine print, but it is really annoying that all the employees ask to read the fine print for each and every rewards, coupons, and deals. In while we stand there watching her read for a couple minutes, she seemed annoyed with us. This definitely doesn’t add to a positive customer experience.While I was trying to purchase a pair of leggings, that were on a shelf labeled $25 leggings, it wasn’t even included in the deal which is totally misleading. Mind you, there was a whole stack of these leggings so it couldn’t have been a mishap. Again, there were shorts and hoodies that I was also trying to purchase that were right in front of a sign that wrote that they were 2 for $79. We were by the cashier told that the shorts weren’t included and the hoodie was too expensive to be included in the offer when they were literally on the same table and in front of the sign. But right after that, another employee on the floor said it was included. When the employee asked who said it, the cashier denied that she told us that the hoodie is excluded. What’s up with this? This is very embarrassing as she pretty much called us liars.The positioning of the promotional signages caused a lot of confusion for customers, unless this was intentional. In which case, the cashier should not be upset with us when we find out that the items are not included with the promotion. There was a multitude of annoyed faces towards us, which made us feel like we had to buy it or else we had to leave the store and never go back. Is it your intention to cheat your customers into thinking they are on sale or something. Having been a long time customer of Victoria’s Secret, I thought this company had more respect for their customers and had some ethics.
