Most of the pharmacies do not help, there are many people who do not speak English and they do not look for a way to help and every so often they change people and there are some who are shocking and they serve you in a bad way. They should have people who speak Spanish every day, it is very dangerous because There are many people who do not understand the language and can take the medication wrong and it happened to me that I took it wrong why even though you do not understand them because they do not speak Spanish and they should put people who speak Spanish so that one feels comfortable and safe taking Questions about the medicine in Spanish because most of the people who go to this pharmacy are Latinos but this pharmacy doesn't work I'll change CVS they say it's very good let's all go to that better one

This location sells tampered merchandise. I bought three of the same hair dye, but the one shipped from this store had chemicals from a completely different color and was missing part of the kit. The box was open and someone had clearly swapped contents with another product. Very unsafe.

Came here for passport photo and printing for passport documents! And came out fast! The asian guy i think the manager helped me with everything i need for my passport! Thanks to you! Appreciate it alot!

My Rx was supposed to be delivered. No credit card on file. Gave them the information. Still not delivered. Called for status 90 day supply ready to pick. Went to pick it up, and only a 30 day supply ready. I been a customer for over 50 years.

The pharmacist are rude and are too busy laughing and talking instead of filling prescriptions. Make the patients wait long periods of time. I had my wisdom teeth removed and unfortunately my dentist sent my medication to this pharmacy right after my procedure. Once I got to the pharmacy it had already been an hour and the girl at the front said they just received the medication and will fill it in 20 min. We said okay no problem. I was bleeding and in a lot of pain but they did not care after it has been over an hour just sitting there (we were the only ones left) my mother asks one of the pharmacist how much longer it will take. She gets aggressive and starts saying she has more than 200 patients in front of us, we were the only ones waiting at the time. Then the girl at the front walks to the shelf and picks up the medicine. It was ready but they were too busy having conversations to notice. Go anywhere else if you value your time.

What a dismal disaster of a place! Everything is locked away and there are no assistants to open for you. Everything just feels dirty. Don't go there if you value your hygene!

I would like to commend one of your pharm tech name Sheryl, she was able to resolve my issues about my husbands medication. She went above and beyond to investigate the problem by recounting the pills that was given to me. Found out it was really short 30 tabs out of the 60 tabs that was listed on the bottle. I truly and honestly appreciate the time she spent to solve this matter inspite of her busy work. Thank you again Sheryl , I would give her 5+ ⭐️ for being such a good and caring person.God Bless you Fe

Picking up meds from this rundown sh I t hole pharmacy requires at least 2 hours. At the busiest time they haine moron, who moves at the speed of snail while the line gets longer and longer...I guess there's a reason why, it's in Hayward!

Pharmacy is horrible. . This is my second time ordering a prescription and their out of stock. Everytime I call, I feel like their trying to rush me off the phone . Just horrible

Very Unsatisfied with the pharmacy employees and Mostly the pharmacist the Bad Example. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK! I have a insurance and everything and it is covered by the insurance company but they want me to pay for my medication. Yes yes that Short Chinese Pharmacist. And most of the time I get partial of my medication. That’s not how you guys threat the person with Disability. District Manager Corporate Office this needs a Special attention before it goes elsewhere.And to that Pharmacy Workers hopefully whatever you do to others they don’t do the same thing to all of you.

so today i came to this walgreens about 2 hours after my prescription was put in by the emergency room for me and about 30 mins after my son's prescription was put in for my son when we got up to the register hai the technician said neither one was ready and would take hours it seem like there understaffed i asked to be transferred to the pharmacy on hesperian that seems on there stuff she gave me an attitude and wanted me to go sit down i said no i waited in line and would like to stand here and that i would be writing a review that's when she started trying to help and realized we where transferring here from out of town i believe 1. she could of handled this better before i said i was writing a review 2. the go sit down because didn't want to deal with us and was going to have us wait anyway was rude. 3. this location just seems to be overwhelmed maybe there load is to much maybe this location should be shut down and transfer to a bigger newer one that can handle the load

Very disappointed with the pharmacy, got turned away even though there was more than enough time to pick up my moms meds. Obviously customer service it's not important to them. Pharmacist was completely rude and didn't care that I needed the meds, if I could give them no stars I would but not possible.
