the worst 1 star is too much for this clinic in dealing with the many and varied problems with the front office staff and doctors...more specifically these are the problems i experienced i wouldn't ever go here: 1. blood test order name filled out incorrectly, couldn't get the test at my blood test appointment, 1/2 day wasted 2. waiting forever in the office to get my name changed on the new blood test order 3. doctor physical exam is not exam at all, there is nothing checked just ask questions, fill out the questionaires and order blood test 4. after blood test phone interview is setup, receptionist calls at appointment time to say doctor is late will call in 1/2 hour, doctor never calls, i call and can't find out anything from the receptionist, nobody ever calls

I have rarely waited. The staff and Providers I have no complaints. All medical issues were addressed. Tests are ordered. Reminder texts etc. I get follow up calls if I am really sick. Not sure why the negative reviews.

No physical exams. One doctor who actually saw me in person (most are by phone) said, "Well but do you feel ok?" They basically just order tests based on what you say your symptoms are, which makes you your own doctor. Do you have an MD? Did you go to medical school? Do you see why this is probably not a good idea? Basic tests don't always pick up anomalies. Patients might not know to look for swollen lymph nodes or that weird rash on their back that they though was a bug bite. Very hands off. Dangerous. Go elsewhere if you possibly can.

I went for a appointment and if the provider is running late you should be advised. I waited over a hour and still no doctor I had to leave because my daughter felt so sick

Under the care of Alliance, I lost employment. At my last appointment here, I was prevented from exiting multiple times when I stood to leave upon disagreeing with a provider and her becoming aggressive, upset that I would not agree with her and frustrated that I needed frequent medical treatment. She told me what an immense burden and cost I was to the medical system, left things out of my medical record and included false examinations or symptoms which had never occurred and were made up. I was a patient from 2016 until 2018 primarily under the care of nurse practitioners. At one point, my care was transferred to the boss Dr. Gonzalez due to one of their frustrations with me and my care looked hopeful, but Gonzalez left. Then I had good care under Dr. Benn, but after she left the remaining provider available to me was aggressive and insulting. The bad providers here caused me to endure medical conditions longer than necessary due to both lack of knowledge and refusal to acknowledge and treat various problems. There are many referrals which should've been made for me much sooner or were never made at all, and basic diagnoses such as sinus infection missed by one provider for an extended time then immediately realized by another. Some of these people have no idea what they're doing and their egos are harmful to their patients. I also had many experiences where referrals were mishandled, getting lost or not sent for extended time periods. My medical record was not correct under the care of at least 50% of the doctors I saw here which has effected me over a year after leaving. This is not a good practice for someone who needs quality continued care. I've been offered treatments that never ended up happening, and pressured into treatments I refused, was not seeking or had not previously worked. I was severely neglected, harassed, manipulated and pressured here. No one should ever go through this because they need medical help. I'm extremely thankful for the various doctors I saw here along the way who made a small difference in my time with them to help me avoid complete catastrophe. Please remember to ask for another doctor when you're mistreated and to file complaints.

We love Alliance and our doctor's but their phone answering if AWFUL! 90% of the time we end up going to urgent care because I can not get through to make appointments! We have been going there for years and they used to answer better but it has just got so bad! I will wait on hold for 20 minutes only to be told to leave a message and they have NEVER actually called me back! Please change your phone answering service!

I got a referral to Alliance for chiropractic care and at the time, my need was somewhat urgent. I left 3 messages and NEVER got a call back from the Windsor or Healdsburg offices. I was next in their phone hold queue 3x and then was switched to voicemail after 3 holds of about 5-8 minutes. While on hold, I read many Yelp reviews. The reviews were so bad, that I went to a chiropractor a friend had recommended and I paid out of pocket, rather than going through Alliance, where my co-pay would have been next to nothing. Their business practices seem very questionable - after reading all the reviews. Glad I did not get a call back.

My experience honestly has been a very bad one. I'm only giving 2 stars rather than 1 star because Dr. Nunez is a sweetheart. Every appointment I have been on time if not 10-15 minutes early. There have been 2/4 times where either in Healdsburg or Windsor where I have had to wait a half hour or longer past the time I was scheduled for an appointment. This morning my car broke down and I have a 10:30 appointment in Windsor. I called to reschedule approximately 10 minutes ago. The lady told me that I couldn't reschedule and that it would be a cancellation that would count against me. She showed absolutely no empathy to my situation with my car. She explained their policy is 24 hour advance notice. I explained that I have no transportation to get to my appointment. She didn't care. I will never go to this place ever again. Worst service ever. In other words they don't blink an eye making you wait 30 minutes past your appointment time but if life bites you in the a** with car issues they won't work with you. Absolute BS!

I haven't been here but I'd like a review that makes sense. Some of these reviews make no sense. How were you mistreated? I don't understand. You got good service but not entirely free of cost and make a negative comment. I don't get the negativity.

I would rather give this place 0 stars. I should have made formal complaint sooner but I did not. The incident took place June 2018 at the Healdsburg CA clinic . I was feeling very ill , major migraine type headache , sweats and even losing consciousness at times. I had went to urgent care 2 days prior and they told me if my symptoms persisted go to my doctor. So I did , they took my blood pressure and was extremely low. Mind you I'm a 29-year-old female at the time and not overweight or anything and my blood pressure was somewhere over 88/54 or something like that. They took it two more times to make sure it was not a mistake. Anyway I'm on the observation table shaking and obviously not doing well. The doctor maybe gave me 5 minutes and told me if my symptoms persisted for the next 2 days I should go to the ER and so he sent me home. Well by the next morning I was coughing up blood and my organs stArted shutting down. I went to sutter where I was admitted into the ICU for a week and then into the cardiac unit for an additional 6 weeks. I had a major infection where my body went septic. I had a pulmonary embolism and my right lung collapsed and filled with blood. My point being for making this post is the lack of care that I received. There was obviously something very wrong with me when I went in and they didn't even bother to order blood tests or anything. The Dr gave me a shot of ibuprofen in my a** and told me to go home. I literally almost died. And to this day I'm still suffering, I have major heart issues and am on 2 different lasix , my tricuspid valve is destroyed and I will need valve replacement surgery in this sometime near future because the infection spread to my heart. I was told if I didn't make it to the ER I would have been found dead no doubt about it . So What's terrifying is that we go to doctors to get advice and HEALTHCARE . We are putting all of our trust in these people to make sure they have your best interest in mind. It is proof that this facility not only gives a s*** about money , but their doctors are overworked and over booked. They had been at least 30 people in the waiting room when I got seen. Complete b******** You must be your own advocate. If your feeling I'll, do not take no for an answer!

This review is not about the staff or facilities, which, in the case of facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and competent. I do feel as thought I was ripped off. They claim to have a sliding scale. Was I targeted as rich or something? I went in for a cleaning and overall assessment for some tooth removal and bridgework etc.. I was there for three appointments. 1) x-rays and examination 2) teeth cleaning 3) teeth cleaning For some reason they break the cleaning into four parts/quadrants. Why not just do it all at once? For each appointment, I wasn't there for more than 15 minutes in the chair. Each appointment cost me over $200.00! A teeth cleaning typically costs $150-$200. Had I continued to go there to complete the process I would have paid at least $1000 for a cleaning, exam, and some x-rays. Be forewarned, this place is a rip off. They will dink and dunk you, and before you know it, you will be paying through the teeth!

This review is for the windsor office, specifically yesenia who works helping people get covered california. My first call for help was Dec 18, i received a VM back that day. Since then I have called her back 3x (12/20, 1/10,1/14) and left VMs to try to schedule and have not received a single call back. Its been a month! No worries because I did it myself! However, I wonder what happens with the people who cant do it themselves and cant get this girl to call them back???
