B AWARE of B Real Boutique!
Terrible service and shopkeeper!!!!!!
My husband & I have been in Healdsburg for this entire week and have found all shop keepers, restaurants, and servers to be so friendly and welcoming until today. B Real was such a disappointment. The store attendant, a short woman with short gray hair around 60’s to 70’s, actually closed and locked the door in my face at 4:50pm-10 minutes earlier than the closing time posted on the door. Their website shows closing to be 6pm. Obviously-posted closing times for B Real mean nothing to this store B Real!! Since there were other women still shopping inside the store I knocked on the window and pointed to my watch stating it is not 5pm yet! When she finally let the other women out of the store, still before their posted closing time, I said to her, I have been trying to buy this wrap for three days and you were always closed so I rushed here today before your closing time to buy this wrap in the window. She said we are closed and shut the door again in my face. Unbelievable, horrible, retail service. It was 10 minutes until 5pm. Such an unfriendly person. I could have paid for the item and still left before their posted closing time. B Real Boutique in Healdsburg, Ca DOES NOT care about their customer relations or honoring their posted store hours on their door or website. Do not rush to give your business to this shop at B Real in Healdsburg! All of the other stores surrounding this store are eager to offer great service, wonderful products, food and a warm welcome.
Unfortunately, I was not able to buy the item I wanted even though I rushed to arrive at 4:50pm, with the intention of buying the black & white wrap I had been eyeing for 3 days. Every time I came by they were closed. I made sure I arrived before closing today since this was our last day in Healdsburg and NOW will certainly be the last time we ever attempt to shop at B. Real. You have lost a customer and much good will.

(B Real you should take lessons from your friendly retail neighbors —if you care at all about future customer relations. Maybe your hours should be changed to read…open until whenever we feel like closing! )

My wife likes this clothing shop. Over the past decade has bought several items. She's always happy with the style and quality. When we walk the Labradors around the plaza (a bi-monthly outing) this shop is one of the few she'll browse. Like the store title says "B Real". Sensible styles, fair prices (at least for the tourist town that Healdsburg is). Guys: Nothing here for you. Just wait outside and watch the world go by.

This past weekend my mother and I happened upon this boutique in the beautiful and quaint downtown Healdsburg. When we entered the store we noticed there were already some other customers there, including an African-American woman (who we did not know). My mother and I were looking at clothes on the other side of the store, then after a few minutes a female sales associate of Asian descent came up to us and asked if we (my mother, myself, and the unknown African-American woman) were together. To be clear, we did not know the African-American woman who was in the store, nor did we ever speak with her when we were in the store. We did not get the sales associates name, but we will not be returning to this boutique if these types of racist assumptions are being made by the people who work there.

Update: After looking online I found the prices for the jacket pretty much on par with this boutique so I can't fault them for what they are charging. I'm not sure how the boutique down the street (Zizi) was able to charge half the price (maybe they were older styles?) but in any case, I'm happy with my jacket. I just caution everyone who buys anything at this store to maybe walk around the square and do your other shopping first, then come back and buy what you want if you really do want it...just know there's no going back once you make a purchase!

I love, love, love this store, they have incredible fashionable clothing. Everything is just beautiful, and the service, great! I thought when I went in, oh just another tourist type boutique, boy was I wrong. The staff are great with fashion tips, advice, and the clothing is amazing! I found out there is another store now in Napa, great place, and highly recommend to locals as well as visitors/tourists. Thanks for the fantastic jewelry to accessorize my new purchase. I will be back soon!
