Haley is an absolute magician! This is hands down the best color I’ve ever had. I wanted to go blonder and she made it happen beautifully without compromising the health of my hair. Love having finally found my go-to hair doctor! Not only is Haley insanely talented & knowledgeable in her craft, but she’s also the loveliest human. You can tell she truly knows and enjoys what she does. Highly, highly recommend!
Brush is truly a top-tier salon. The people are kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the space is airy, clean, and full of natural light. Couldn’t recommend Brush or Haley more. 10/10

I would not recommend this salon for an updo / wedding. My inspiration photos were all polished (eg Kate Middleton) but the look I got at my trial was messy/disheveled (my friends referred to it as a bird’s nest). They only allotted 45 mins for the trial (even though it cost appx $200 with tip) so there was no time to make adjustments. I didn’t want to spend 3 hrs driving to/from Healdsburg for another trial—esp when I had little faith that they would be able to get it right given how the first trial turned out—so went with a different salon for my actual wedding.

Today was my very first appointment at brush, I got booked with Bella and she was absolutely amazing. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time! She heard me and turned my said hair into very luxurious hair. I wouldn’t even wear my hair down prior to my appointment and she has me feeling brand new and beautiful. She’s amazing I highly recommend you book with her if you’re looking for grey coverage or color/ highlight 10/10!!

I got a curly cut with Erinn. She was incredibly kind and accommodating. I asked for a trim while maintaining as much length as possible, which is exactly what I got :) She was very receptive to my needs and after the cut, she asked how I styled my hair at home so she could do the same. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Brush Salon for your hair and makeup needs! I had them provide hair and makeup services for my wedding and they were perfection! From the consultation, to the makeup trial, to the Wedding day they were gems to work with. All of the ladies there are so warm and welcoming and make you feel so beautiful. Specifically, Hither is magic, Hailey is extremely talented, and Emma and Danielle are great communicators and so sweet. Just Hither and Hailey provided all 9 of our makeup and hair needs and nailed it. They did such an amazing job. If you're considering a team for your special day these are the women you want backing you.

Bianca did an excellent job with my hair. I showed her a few pictures and she got it exactly the way I wanted, and she made sure to check in about length and volume as she was cutting.It can be intimidating for men sometimes going into a salon because we're not as chatty as women. But at Brush I did not feel out of place. From the cappuccino I was given to the gentle head massage while washing my hair they made an environment where it was easy to relax, and Bianca was great with letting the conversation lapse at times - in general, women relax with talking and men relax with silence, so this was very appreciated. That's not to say we didn't talk at all - Bianca, I hope you achieve your lavender farmgirl dreams! I've been to other Aveda salons and it's clear that their stylists are all very well trained, and Brush is no exception. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Their website led me to try Brush as I was looking for a new salon closer to home. Great website. I was greeted warmly and offered a drink right away. Coffee arrived in a charming tea cup and saucer. Justice is not only a very special person, she is very talented. She did a really beautiful job on my cut and highlights. She listened as I was sorting out a new style, and she nailed it. Even better than I could I could have imagined. The space is light and airy with good music and a good vibe. Looking forward to going back!

I've come here for a number of years and had great results. This past summer I came in to get my haircut, and tried a stylist my friend had recommend. After discussing what I was going for (a medium length shag) they got to work. After everything was done and styled I was crushed. My long hair had been cut into a style that was three obvious layers. Not at all what I had wanted. I have autism and when stressed I shut down. So I quickly paid (and tipped) and left. I tried to convince myself maybe it would be salvageable if I had washed and styled it myself. It was not, so at urging of others I contacted the salon a few days later to have it worked on in hopes of making it somewhat bearable. I asked to have it fixed by a senior stylist and was scheduled. I then quickly received a call back telling me that if I wanted to see a senior stylist I would have to pay full price again. The only option that wouldn't result in having to pay more money was to return to the original stylist who cut my hair whom I did not trust to attempt to fix the situation. I (nor others i've discussed this with) have experienced having to pay full price again to have a mistake at a salon fixed by somebody with better qualifications. I unfortunately could not afford to pay full price to have it fixed, so I have been stuck trying to grow out my hair desperately hoping it will eventually look better. Months later and it still has not improved much. I wish I had posted this review much sooner but was afraid to do so. I hope that this doesn't happen to another customer.

My experience with Brush was extremely disappointing. Despite signing a contract, the owners were consistently unresponsive, failing to provide us with their certificate of insurance, which we had requested multiple times. My bridal hair and makeup trial was equally terrible. The stylist who worked on my hair seemed inconvenienced by the trial, and I left with minimal makeup on, leaving me feeling far from great. What made matters worse was that it cost nearly $400 for this trial, only to hate everything about it. When I tried to address these concerns with the salon the following day, the owners once again displayed a lack of urgency in responding. It was only when I expressed my intention to cancel the contract that they finally replied. Their only solution was to refund my deposit. During a time that should be enjoyable and stress-free, as it's one of the most important days of my life, I experienced extremely poor customer service. I strongly advise against choosing this salon for your wedding needs.

Justice was my stylist and she was so sweet! She gave me the best Brazilian blowout I’ve ever had. She explained the process to me and every step alone the way. She made me feel so comfortable in the chair. My hair looks and feels amazing. If you go to Brush Salon I 10/10 recommend seeing Justice as your stylist!

I think this hair salon is a good salon, the other stylists seem great. I've been trying to find a new hairstylist and gave Kendall a try. My first haircut with her was mediocre at best, the next apt she colored my hair which turned out great, when I went back for a color and highlight she would only color my roots and wouldn't color the rest of my hair without charging me more despite booking a "color + highlight". Not sure what you have to book to get all of your hair colored but definitely didn't think it meant I was only getting my roots done. She's also not the most engaging hair stylist, I've always lived getting my hair done because I think hair stylists are fun, caring people who like to talk and get to know you. Definitely not the experience with her.
