To be honest, I've only ever had really positive experiences at this location. The tellers have been very friendly and work quickly to process whatever I'm in the branch to do.

I have never had a private banker, but every time I go into the Chase Bank Healdsburg Branch, I am made to feel as though I now have a bank working for me. Everyone is personable and waiting to help you. In particular Kieran has been great and always makes me feel like I have a true Private Banker. I never get this kind of help or attention at any other bank. This is why I am transferring more and more of my business to Chase.

My husband and I walked in Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1:00pm. There were no customers in the bank at all. There were 2 tellers and one pompous looking man sitting in the new account area. We said we were there to add my husband to my account and the pompous man came half way over to us and unapologetically said he couldn't help us until 4:00pm that evening, if we made an appointment! No one else was even there. We are rethinking our decision to go with Chase.

Chase has the worst policies in place. Really makes it impossible for their employees to give good customer service. I'll be closing down all of my accounts. Maybe they wouldn't have to have incentives to open accounts if they provided service to their already established customers.

I went in to apply for a business visa for my LLC supplied all the proper paperwork and even had to pay my accountant to get documentation that they needed supplied it all and after two weeks didn't hear anything went back and they lost all my paperwork and told me I needed to reapply the service was awful nobody stood behind anything that they said they basically took all my information and lost it and are telling me I now have to start over and I have to pay my accountant again to get more the documentation they need to stay away they're rude, they don't know what they are doing And should not be trusted

I am very happy with this bank. I get a friendly greeting every time I come in. All the employees are extremely nice. If opening a new account, ask for Scott. He will treat you right. For a big bank they give you a small home town feeling of being special.
