Copperfield's Books is a delightful and lovely bookstore in the upscale town of Healdsburg. It is a must stop with a great selection of books, kids books, and other "bookish" fun things, trinkets, paper products, and gift items. The store is well organized, with a laid back atmosphere, and features personal staff recommendations throughout, complete with small, beautifully descriptive notes. There are also several books signed by the authors. The staff is very friendly, kind, super helpful, and creates unexpected and fun interactions. The space can feel very narrow and hard to move around comfortably once more customers come in, and it is noted as not very handicap accessible. Despite this, visitors find it well worth a drive and could stay for hours, calling it an absolute must.
I have been coming here since I was a kid and now have the joy of bringing my kids to this wonderful book store. I wish I could give them 6 stars

First time at this Copperfield’s location. Right off of the town square in Healdsburg. I got a book on clearance for only $12. Lots of books and other items for sale. Employee was helpful. And they have two cats that live in the store! I spotted one of them. Will be back here for sure!

Late December 2025 Healdsburg town's Copperfield's outlet is a wonderful bookstore that provides a number of personalized title recommendations as well as some signed copies. It is also an easy option gift shop in case one is in need.
