I am both a shopper at Favorites and a consigner, and I will no longer consign or shop with them. If you call, you get voicemail. There is no email contact available. I had to schedule a pickup for my payout, and arrived early and was told she was unable to give me my payout early. I would have happily opted to have it mailed, and paid for the postage to save me a trip and the hassle, had that been an option, but it was never offered. No more for me.

Locally- owned Favorites moved to a new spot and it makes consignment shopping feel like luxury. Everything we loved about the previous experience remains true: great owner and staff who are always willing to be honest about an item's fit and helpful about pairing ideas, excellent price points and promotions, and unique, curated, high quality selection. Don't wait! Go! $40 goes a lot further here than at the mall.

While getting out to shop for clothing gives me severe anxiety, I will say without a doubt, I have never felt more welcomed shopping for clothes anywhere else BUT at Favorites Consignment! The owner, Roe (who is like this… bada$$ fashionable unicorn) has this innate ability to make you feel valued and truly goes above and beyond to take care of her loyal customers. The other factor that keeps me coming back is I love the concept up upcycled fashion AND supporting local business! Aside from having really great luck in consigning items from my own closet, I have lucked out SO much in scoring some really high-end designer pieces. Be advised, you you’re looking for top-dollar, it would behoove you to clean and steam/press your items BEFORE you go, otherwise, there’s a fee deducted from your consignment sale (which makes total sense).

The customer service is non-existent. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. I’m done.

Wonderful treasures to be found in this store! It is aptly named. One of my favorite haunts and if you are a fashionista it should be yours as well. I never leave empty handed OR empty walleted! Great clothing at great prices!

What I am in shock I've never reviewed favorites! I love this consignment store I have found some very cool items here. I also have successfully consigned items here. My contact Roe is simply the best guiding me to labels. especially covet and turning me on to deals. From my Burberry chunky cableknit sweater to my Lois Hill Sterling cross amongst other finds are favorites in my closet. Alexander McQueen, Alexander Wang , John Paul Gaultier, Gucci, Saint John you'll never know what surprise you might find unless you make it a priority to stop in! Thank you again to Roe for the wonderful bargains and specialized attention!

My mom took some stuff to this store to be sold on consignment and the employees claim they cant find it or its on lay away for a certain person. Every time my mom went in to ask about her belongings it was a different story. My mom finally gave up on her property and never got it back or any money. Id hate to think they took advantage of her because shes older. Anyways if you take stuff in for consignment, check on it weekly and dont let them steal your stuff.

Great little used clothing and consignment shop with a large selection of fashionable and affordable clothes for women of all ages. I have sold a lot of clothes here through consignment and the prices are very fair. The staff is helpful and welcoming too! A hidden gem for sure.

I thought this store was well stocked and nicely curated. I'm not a high-end consignment shopper, so I have little to compare it to...There were many lovely and affordable gently used (and very stylish) selections, however, I did find my eyes watering at some of the prices on the designer items (personally I wouldn't feel comfortable spending that much even it that dress were new at Nordstrom--but if you've got it, go for it!). I think they have a very streamlined style in the clothes, but the jewelry is definitely unique and fun mix and match
