Very disappointed in my (senior guy) first haircut at Great Clips. It was chopped irregularly on the sides, & some clumps left on top. Take more time & do it right.

I have been going here off and on, and there is one stylist that is good, but more important, she is consistent when giving cuts. Well, there is another and I won’t say her name because I’m not trying to put her on blast, but she screwed up my haircut, it was uneven and I noticed she had a hard time focusing or using a steady hand. I figured I would give it another try (maybe she was having a difficult day?) but when I brought my 5 year old in, guess what??? He ended up with her and she “BUTCHERED” his hair ! And didn’t offer money back but even had enough nerve to say “he was moving too much “???? Well, you shouldn’t be cutting ANY child’s hair if that’s your only reason? Of course they move around …. They are children!I’m not going back there ever. Rude behavior, but what’s worse is bad haircut and no compensation!!!Customer’s beware! Try a different Great Clips location!!!Service: Kids' cuts

Use to stop by on my way home from work. They use to be open until 8pm for years. Then Covid came and they started closing at 6pm. Covid is over and the owner should really go back to staying open until 8pm. It was much more convenient for people who work later to get in for a hair cut. Several other local salons are open until 7pm. The staff had always been nice, but I showed up at 5:45pm as a walk in and was told they couldn't do another haircut. No one was waiting and the 2 stylists were finishing up the cuts they were on. Very disappointed
