I needed a place to stay for two nights while some work was done on my home nearby. I decided to try this very small European-sytle luxury hotel. One of the most terrific things about it is the location at the center of Healdsburg. Ideal for walking around and taking advantage of all the town has to offer visitors. The rooms were very nice, exactly what you would expect at this level of luxury. A plus is the nice breakfast buffet in the morning, quite excellent. I would stay here again, it is grade A.Nearby activities: Restaurants, art galleries, wine tasting, books, ice cream, clothes and more are very close. You can rent a bicycle and go for a ride in the wine country.Walkability: Everything in downtown withing a 10 minute walk.Food & drinks: Terrific free breakfast buffet!

Boutique hotel located in a terrific area where you can walk around and find things to do. You have to park your car a little ways away since they don't have on-site parking, but the area is pretty safe and we had no issues. We stayed in Room 1 - it's really close to the entrance. The walls are super thin but it was not a problem for us. Others might need ear plugs. The room was super clean, modern, and very spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room comes with nice, comfy robes. The breakfast by Chef Daniel is amazing - hot breakfast all prepared by him. He needs to become a pastry chef because his cakes are next level. The staff are super welcoming and go above and beyond to help. This is our first stay at a bed and breakfast and Four Sister hotel, we will certainly be checking out the other ones! I absolutely loved this hotel.

As other reviewers have pointed out, the location is the best thing about this venue; however, most of Healdsburg is comparatively so much more friendly, offering quality accommodations, food, and libations. I will be seeking out these other places in the future, and there are many good ones to choose from.

We chose this hotel because of our familiarity with the Four Sisters brand. Unfortunately, this hotel is not in the same league as their other hotels. Rather than cozy decor, attentive service, or wonderful breakfasts, the Healdsburg Inn lacks all of these qualities. The decor was shabby with chipped furniture, rusted fixtures, a corroded shower head, and furniture that didn't fit the room. In fact, there was an odd bed frame sitting at the end of the room, blocking the balcony doorway. It didn't help that the balcony had two stiff banquet chairs and no ambiance but instead overlooked a Mexican takeout restaurant with their clattering bottles that went on well into the night. The service ftom the housekeeping staff was wonderful and the manager was helpful. But the desk clerk provided little assistance. The food was appalling - lumps of cold, congealed scrambled eggs, often with cold, congealed cheese served cafeteria style as a poor excuse for breakfast. The wine and cheese hour was just sad. They put out a few pieces of cheese and some wine without any ambiance or hotel staff in attendance. The one thing this hotel has going for it is location. It's conveniently located on the square in the center of town. This could be a remarkable inn if someone took the time to make repairs, upgrade the breakfast, and hire staff that cares about customer service.

This was our first visit post-Covid and unfortunately the quality of the service has really declined. We've stayed here and at several other Four Sister's Inns multiple times in the past so we definitely have some perspective. First of all, the young lady at reception was not very welcoming or friendly at all. Check-in was efficient but was really missing that warm hospitality. Our room was one we'd stayed in before but the bed needs to be replaced. The mattress was lumpy and saggy, the coffee maker made terrible coffee and the refillable toiletries in the shower hardly dispensed any shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. Most disappointing was the breakfast. On our first day nothing was hot including the coffee and the selection was very limited. Cold potatoes just aren't appetizing. It was so bad we ended up going out to breakfast after the first day. The food used to be great and was great at all the Four Sister's inns, so much so, we bought their cookbook years ago. Disappointing that the breakfast is so bad at a B&B. Will really have to rethink our accommodations next visit to the area.

Love the concerts in the town square. The children playing, laughing and dancing, was just so sweet. Also the weather was perfect for being in the park.

Contrary to popular opinion, I found the town a little too manufactured, a little too high end, not quite as authentic as other nearby cities. It was lovely, but it’s mostly high-end shopping, gallery outlets, expensive restaurants and lots of tasting rooms. I did find a fun vintage shop, but when looking for a light lunch almost everything seemed too formal or requiring a long service experience. Notice…if you go during the week, we went on a Tuesday, some businesses are closed. It might be that we had cute town burnout, so if ever back, we’ll look to explore more of the side streets.

Would recommend Healdsburg as a lovely place to visit and stay. Excellent wine tasting experiences both within the town and at nearby wineries

Nestled right off Healdsburg Square, this Four Sisters Inn seems more hotel than B & B but it's in the perfect location (you want to walk back to your accommodations after sipping vino all day). The daily breakfasts are excellent and the beds/pillows are very comfortable plus there's an elevator which makes it easier to transport a full Pelikan wine carrier. The only negative is our room had a skylight adjacent to a staff hallway and someone forgot to turn off the lights so I woke at 3am to a fully lighted room thinking it was morning... it was morning but still VERY early in the morning...

The Healdsburg Plaza is serene and surrounded by some great shops and restaurants. It truly is the center of Healdsburg. Is it special? Not especially. but It is the real "city center." I do enjoy sitting on one of the many benches and enjoying being in Healdsburg. I do love Healdsburg, and sitting in the Square allows for a very introspective perspective of the town.
