“I initially signed a contract with Don Jaramillo because I had been assured by friends that he had extensive knowledge of and experience with the sale of real estate. At the time I had no idea that Don's services would go far beyond providing expertise:1. Having lived in one small, cluttered home on some lovely acreage for over 36 years, I now lacked the funds or stamina to maintain it, but was wholly intimidated by the selling process.
