Good service and friendly atmosphere. While your car is under service you can work on a laptop or rent an electric bike, or ask for a courtesy car but anytime the staff is helpful.

I would give them more stars if I could. Such kind people, by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. They were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful and jolly. I highly recommend Silveira to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!! The best of the best here. Excellent. I will definitely shop here in the future.

Buick is my new place! I’ve never liked car sales but when I came into Buick I immediately felt at home. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and actually took interest in your life. Bill helped me and kept me laughing the whole time. Ron went above and beyond to make sure my trade in would no longer be an issue for me. Kelly didn’t want to let me leave without making sure I was fully covered without breaking the bank before I moved for school.I don’t have all the money in the world but they made safety and comfort a possibility for me.

Purchased a used 2016 GMC Yukon SLT (black) in 2018. I was told the dealership purchased several vehicles from a rental company in LA. The vehicle was solid except for the paint years later. 4 years after purchase the hood is completely faded (zero shine) and the front and rear bumper are peeling. I called Silveira a few months ago and was told they won't do anything because it's been over 3 years. I took it to a local shop and was told the hood and the bumpers were poorly re-painted recently due an accident. I was not informed by Silveira that the vehicle was involved in any accidents prior to purchase. Attached are photos and it's obvious the vehicle has paint issues. Just relaying this information to potential buyers to be aware of this dealerships customer services.

Kelly was the best salesman. I called up there and spoke with him about a new truck coming in. He wasn't sure if it was spoken for or not. He called me back in 5 minutes and said I could hold it for $500, gave him the money. There was no BS in the price and no hidden add-ons like Thompson. Truck came in early and Kelly would not be there the day we bought it. He had Bill take his place for the sale. He even offered to have Bill pick us up from the airport! Anyways got there and Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Kelley in finance was awesome!!! No BS get it done and all the numbers matched what I had calculated and expected. In and out of there in about 1.5 hours. Drove back the same day to Santa Clarita (LA). Its crazy but I would fly back there for another vehicle. The staff is amazing!! Good job Silveira!

I’ve been wanting to write a review for a long time and finally was reminded to do this ..I had such a bad experience I feel it’s better late than never to write one. in 2020 I took my car in due to air conditioning problem. First time it did not get fixed properly..second time did not get fixed properly (granted I brought it in months later and that’s on me)….third time they did it for free (if my memory serves me) but again it never worked. I gave up but I paid 1300 dollars for absolutely nothing getting fixed!! The customer service was so-so. They sounded mostly annoyed with me on phone and in person -but wow-give me a break-you"re annoyed with me?? I went to another spot months later and they fixed it right away for 100 dollars. It truly felt like I was robbed by Silveira.

Walter helped me get 2022 gmc sierra he was a great guy I would definitely recommend him great sales guy he does not pressure u in to buying anything all so bob is verry great and friendly in the financing department and all around great dealership I would definitely buy another vehicle from silveira gmc

Really wanted to give this Business negative stars but the app won't let me ! AVOID this dealership at ALL cost! We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it continues to be an ongoing nightmare!!! The vehicle we bought had major issues with the brakes and a torn boot. 45 minutes into the drive home from the purchase, the warning light came on which was shocking and distressing. In addition a 2+ hour drive home in torrenting rain and one of the worst storms in years! It was tenuous at best as the lights indicated brake issues!! Fast forward and this supposed family run business refuses to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the issues with the vehicle. My home dealership validated brake pads that were below acceptable standards and a torn CV boot. All issues which were present before we purchased the vehicle. These people knew the condition of the vehicle and still marketed it as a car that had passed inspection!! Not only is this illegal but immoral to send anyone out in a vehicle that you are well aware has brake issues!!! Your denial of responsibility speaks to your complete lack of integrity and character.The irony is the fact that you were in business for 60 plus years is what drew us your business. DON'T be fooled, they have zero credibility and won't be in business much longer!!!!!BUYER BEWARE! Reported them to the BBB!!

Just easy and friendly from start to finish. No B.S. sakes or price tactics. Kelly was very accommodating and easy to work with. Bob in finance was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this dealership
