Love this spot just off the plaza in Healdsburg. Susan and her team are so friendly and down to earth. They really know their fashion, and the vibe is super welcoming—no pretension at all while offering high quality items. This boutique has been around forever, and it’s easy to see why. Definitely say Hello to Susan and Dylan when you’re in. Highly recommend for a gift or memory from your Healdsburg stay!

Awful service. The retailer was extremely rude and unprofessional. While looking around, she was staring at us and then said that we “make her think something is going to happen” implying we were going to steal. Don’t come here.

Friend and I went shopping and were accused of stealing because we were spending a lot of time deciding what to buy. We were approached by the retailer and told we were “slinking around” and that “we should leave”. Super unprofessional and very rude.

Terrible retailer accused us of stealing and said we were "slinking around". Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be judged heavily. She was so rude and inconsiderate. While browsing, she was ogling us. Don't know what her problem is. There are so many better stores to go to for clothes. Save your time.

Love shopping Healdsburg! Lots to choose from, super friendly town ~ not here. Finally found a place that sells Herno, and in orange (!) At least I got to try on & find best size so I can order online. Big supporter of small business, these folks don't want mine. Absolutely the most rude salesperson (hoping she was just having a bad day.... Because what I was thinking/feeling is that she didn't want to waste time on me) Expensive place, designer + brands. Good stuff if you don't care about customer service. Just walk a bit down the street & around the plaza ~ lots of quality shopping with the nicest people

My friends and I were on a day trip to some wineries and my wedge sandal broke in the car on the way up. In a hurry, I stopped into Susan Graf and assumed I’d be purchasing some Tory Burch sandals. However, the shop owner (I believe) pointed me to some slip on shoes at the back of the store that had a variety of colors. I ended up picking out the blue Blowfish Malibu shoes and they ended looking so much better with my outfit (and were a 1000x) more comfortable than my original shoes. Not only did I save a $100+ on shoes, I got some very cute day shoes and was treated so well! When I decide to purchase Tory Burch shoes or sunglasses, I will go out of my way to come to Susan Graf to do so!

Such a fantastic local boutique & my go to for gifts! They have really well made & styled clothing and Susan has fantastic style. She is truly great with her clients & helping to find the absolute perfect fit, she also does so much for the local community, we are fortunate to have this great shop!

I mean, the prices here speak for themselves. You either easily spend this amount of money on clothing or you don't. Personally, I don't. The quality is nice and the taste level is forgettable. No service to speak of as I walked in, did a slow round, and walked out without ever being spoken to. I would call it a small town Bloomingdales and move on.

I went in to purchase a hat for a future trip. I was immediately and repeatedly told the hats I was looking at weren't even in season. She refused to tell me the prices even though they were on display. I didn't want to look at anything else. Poor customer service.
