Today was a frustrating experience at this UPS store. I stopped in around 2:15 PM with a UPS prepaid return label. First, the guy working (mask under his nose) told me the system was down for all non-UPS packages. When I mentioned I had a UPS return, he told me I would have to pay $3 just to print the prepaid label. Three dollars for a single sheet of paper! That’s completely ridiculous, especially when it’s a pre-paid return. I ended up just walking out.
While I was there, several other people came in and were turned away for things like Amazon returns and notary services. The place felt disorganized, and the policies are just terrible. I'm definitely not coming back.
For reference FedEx is .24¢ to print an email.

Crazy prices, unhelpful staff. Save your money, print your label at home. Literally can be 3x as much in store. Not refundable too, which of course they don’t tell you. Would give 0/5 if I could. Please don’t give these guys any more money, they’re despicable.

DO NOT SHIP VALUABLE ITEMS THROUGH UPS!!!
I paid over $1000.00 to ship 8 boxes of valuable and fragile items across the country after my mother passed away. I trusted UPS to handle these items with care. They were packaged correctly and labeled accordingly.
When they arrived to my home almost every item (including photo albums) were completely destroyed.
I filed a claim with the Healdsburg store and it took a month for them to even process the claim even though I was told they had already started this process. It wasn’t until I called back again and an area manager explained it hasn’t been handled yet and “someone was getting a talking to” about it.
I just received a report for the claim that they are only giving me back $200.00 of the $1007.00 I spent to have my mother’s irreplaceable belongings show up destroyed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give zero stars if I could. As others have mentioned everything is non- refundable but they purposely don’t have that listed anywhere in the store and don’t tell you anything. Instead they stamp your receipt and claim it as policy. This isn’t representative of all franchisees. Instead this location is trying to take advantage of tourists.
I would say I try to support franchisee UPS stores given I have family members who have affiliation but in this case do yourself and go to pack and ship next to Big John’s Market.

AVOID BUSINESS HERE AT ALL COST. THE OWNER IS TERRIBLE. I used to work here and had to quit almost immediately because of how terrible the owner Raj is. Like what job gives 3 reviews in the first 3 days...They over price everything. The owner makes you beg the customers to pay for overnight shipping just so that employee can get $1 in commission....they do not value their workers.

I came in to get help shipping a case of wine. I was informed UPS could not ship, but did sell the boxes and was told where I could ship. I was encouraged to buy a box from UPS and a roll of tape. I came back 15 min later to return both because they were not needed, the shipper provided those. Both were unused. I was told everything was non-returnable/non-refundable. When I questioned that, I was told it was stamped on my receipt, which it was. However, the employee helping me should have verbally told me that before I checked out. I might have made a different choice. Now I am stuck with a box and roll of tape that I do not need. As a small business owner, I always have considered UPS a go to and valuable partner. I am reconsidering that, it feels like I was purposefully deceived today.

Dealing with this business was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I wish I had read the scathing reviews before I attempted to do business with them. On November 7, i paid $356.00 ($0,43 a page) for 5 copies of a 93 page document. I was told they would probably have it ready the next day and they would call. They never called nor was it ready a week later. When I finally received it weeks later I found the copies were unreadable. The copies were made without any proofreading or attempt to correct the printing, but simply bundled up and given to me. I met with immediate sarcastic and rude comments from one male employee. Staff did admit they had not proofread the documents being printed and after many weeks admitted they did not know if they could copy them so they were readable. I asked to speak with the manager, however, they said they were not sure who the manager was. Several days later they said they did know the manager, Ben Weiner, but they don't see him often as he doesn't have a regular schedule. By this time I just wanted my money back and they called Mr. Weiner. Without seeing the product this business had created he offered to give me $90.00 back. When my husband attempted to call him he did not answer nor was there a message option. As tp the "owners" of the company, on the business card, the employee have never seen them.As far as I'm concerned this company borders on the criminal and simply stole $356 from a 75 year old women. If I could give them zero stars I would!

This is the most aggravating UPS Store I have ever dealt with. Most of the people in there are untrained. I go in there to get things printed. It's always a big production. They have to dig through tons of emails to find them and then they charge you something called a computer fee. When I have questioned this fee, they tell me it's for the work they are doing on the computer. Since all their work is on a computer I would assume that UPS would be paying them a salary and it is not the customer's obligation to pay for them to do their jobs. I have called and asked them to print the items right after I send them and I will pick them up. They are not willing to do this even when I've offered to pay online or over the phone. It's all just very disorganized and feels hostile all the time

I went to the Healdsburg ups to have some map schedules laminated today. All I needed was for 12 different small maps to be put back-to-back in pairs of 2 each per lamination. 6 pair, which should only have taken up 2 large sheets only. I've had it done with the previous owners before who were great. What I got instead was 2 of the smaller maps was laminated with their largest sheet which should have fit an extra 2 pair (or 4 more maps) with the rest being done the same. In total, they used more than twice as much laminate sheets needed. When I got them back, they had cut out the schedule bus stop arrival times passengers depend on seeing as well as the schedule were not lined up back-to-back and uneven. Also, the laminate was coming apart at the corners and sides and sliding out of the sheets. When I demanded a refund, the owner told me she wouldn't do that and told me to leave the store. I let her know I was filling a complaint with the corporate office, which she told me to do because I wasn't getting reimbursed. So right in from of her I called UPS customer service and talked to the area manager, who set her straight and I was refunded my $43, which by the previous owners cost me a little over $28 to do the same job. So I recommend if you are not happy with this new franchise owner? Call their area manager, Ben. He was awesome, and he returned my phone call within 1/2 after I left the store when I informed him that I was filling a complaint with the BBB.

I went in asking to mail my package and was told that "it would take something like 10 stamps and that I didn't want to do that." Instead, the clerk started a process to collect my personal info to parcel ship it at a price of $27!!! I expressed my disappoint and was cat-called as I walked out. Yeah, how customer centric is that? BTW, it was less than $7 at the Post Office. Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible and Ridiculous prices. I would drive farther to give anyone else my business. >$35 for a non-custom box + $15 to tape said box together? They should be embarrassed. Drive to store by big John's to get shipping boxes, etc., and if you have to send UPS, you can drop off at any UPS store with prepaid label but I would not support this place with such outrageous prices.
