Do not mistake this for a Verizon Store. The fact that they are allowed to tout these stores as if you are speaking to an actual Verizon representative is crooked. This is a Victra store. They basically sign you up for Verizon and add bogus charges to your order acting like they are standard fees. This place is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE. I got charged "set up fees" for my devices that I thought were Verizon set up fees, but they were not. I was also charged set up fees by Verizon. So I got double charged. They charged me for a "phone drying plan" too. It was a big order so it got lost in the laundry list of charges. They quoted me an increase to my monthly bill of $54. Just actually saw all the updates in my Verizon account and on my account it says my monthly bill is going up $150/month. I'm fixing this tomorrow. DO NOT GO HERE. Go direct to Verizon online and order everything online, do not let these scam artists touch your account.

These people are super shady the manager Maria is horrible charged me a service fee when I specifically bought the phone and tranfer the data myself I feel sorry for the people under her and that business

I have been a Verizon customer for several years. Over that time I have purchased three or four iPhones. This morning I was the only customer in the store and had a simple question about accessing something on the phone. After having to show ID and having a security check, I finally got to my question. The agent barely looked up from his phone. "Don't know," he said and went silent. I have had similar responses of disinterest on other occasions. Perhaps it was my gray hair that put the off. I've had good experienced with Verizon on line. But I'm done with the Vine Street store.

Needed to get a new phone while on vacation. Ben and Wes were at the store promptly and were extremely helpful in getting us in and a new phone activated as quickly as they could. Very professional and helpful! Thank you!

Outstanding experience with Isiah Jordan. This man knows his business!!! He is informed, exceedingly polite and patient, and definitely went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. We had been to other Verizon centers, and the difference between Isaiah and other help was day and night! He is worth waiting for him if you happen to go on his day off. Thank you again for your great help Isaiah!!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and so kind and understanding. They worked with us and made us feel valued. We left feeling good even though it could have been a very stressful situation. We will definitely be taking all of our cellphone needs there from now on.

The rep, William, was courteous, thorough, and suggested multiple good additional items. Ended up with a more expensive phone than I had originally planned on, but very happy with upgrade.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. I was taking a day trip to Healdsburg and unfortunately my iPhone 12 died and I didn't have any way to charge it. I came in here looking for a charger and was told that they would give me $1,000 for my iPhone 12 which would make the iPhone 14 Max free. I was a previous Verizon customer and had switched to Visible (also a Verizon company) two years ago because my bill went from $80/month to $40/month. However, I was already interested in getting Verizon again because I was starting to have issues with dropped calls and connectivity to the internet with Visible.So I was on board to exchange my iPhone 12 for the iPhone 14 Max and start paying $70/80 a month for my phone service. Unfortunately, the employees at this store relied on their manager to do everything and as soon as the manager left, the issues started to pile on. I was given an extra phone number that I never requested and also the trade-in was not properly entered into the system at the store. On top of it, I was at the store for literally 3+ hours only to leave with everything messed up.As of this writing, I have had to contact Verizon support online twice and call them once to try to fix mistakes made at the store. I'm still waiting if Verizon will come through and fix everything on my bill.I am absolutely furious and it was a learning experience to never make expensive purchases while you are out of town in case something gets totally messed up.

My phone showed some kind of disconnect. My helper was William...and boy he tried everything under the sun. But it was a no go. So then he researched all options to help me get a new phone I could afford ( I'm 70 yrs). All this he did while greeting others...answering questions and phones. He was amazing with an old gal like me who doesn't understand any of this. I felt safe...heard...and cared about. And the other 2 gentlemen were also kind and helpful when I popped in with my confused questions.
