I am super irritated at the disrespect and the bank's tone deaf attitude and lack of ability to cope with the extraordinary circumstances around COVID. I made an appointment today to do a wire transfer. After spending over 20 minutes entering my ATM code, showing my ID and answering a host of questions, etc. I'm finally told by the banker that my drivers' license - oh oh - had expired 3 days ago! I asked to speak with the manager, Alex Hernandez since the banker seemed unable to do anything. I was hoping someone with authority would be able to do something about this. The manager came: When I explained that the DMV had not been open for weeks during the shut down, nor are they taking new appointments for renewals, he seemed frozen and unable to do anything, basically telling me that - sorry - they could not do anything. Really? Whereas the expiration date on my DL might be overdue, I had not expired. I opened my first account at WF in 1989! And I've had several personal and business accounts with them since, for over 31 years, and yet, for a technicality (DMV extension expired 3 days ago!), they would not let me do the wire. I would think that a drivers' license, an ATM card would prove that I'm not an impostor, regardless of expiration date, especially since expiration happened 3 days ago and the DMV is not open for renewals. Either Mr. Hernandez would not do anything and he should be fired, and if it's the bank's policy and they will not change, than I should switch my accounts to a bank that would treat a 31-year customer with more courtesy. Pathetic

We have been customers for 30 years. In that time I have never had any issues with Wells Fargo However, I work in Healdsburg and need to use that branch within the past few months they have been terrible to deal with due to the lack of customer service and lack of enough employees to take care of the customers. It doesn't matter what time you go in there is always a line, because there are only 2 tellers if you're lucky and one isn't on break. If this doesn't change I will change banks. I would rank them as 0 if I could.

I'm really irritated right now, tried to get money at the ATM using an access code and they blocked my card. Tried it with a different code and it still wouldn't work so I gave then a call. The lady unblocked my account and I tried to use it again but this time it told me I reached the max amount of codes for the day. Now I'm forced to go home because I have no money. What's the point if they're gonna block your card when you attempt to get money, its just stupid

I was told that it would be faster to make an appointment the next time I came in. So I made an appointment showed up on time then waited an hour for a lady that was busy sitting back talking to a customer asking him questions about his business and what not. Meanwhile 2 other bankers freed up and help random people who walked in after us. This is not how you run a business. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future

This morning I went into the Healdsburg CA branch hoping to open a NEW checking and savings account and get a safe deposit box. This branch had seven employees on duty, two waiting on customers and 5 standing around doing NOTHING. I waited for over 20 minutes and was never serviced. I walked out. So much for the "new and improved" Wells Fargo. I'll never be back.

If I could give the Healdsburg branch a zero I would. You always have to wait to see a teller because they only have 1 or 2 windows open. They have a greeter who I wish would get behind the counter and actually help someone. They also have a "lurker" who is behind the counter but offers no help. You make the choice to go in the bank and not use the ATM because you need customer service. But once you wait in line and finally see a teller you are told they can not help with account issues and you need to see a banker or call the 800 number. There is always a wait for the one banker they have available but that may be a better option then calling customer service who really doesn't care at all about you and just wants to get you off the phone. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was put on hold for 15 min and then the same agent comes back and says her supervisor can't help either. By this point I'm ready to close the account I have had for 30 years and the agent tells me I have to call back tomorrow to do that. This is quite possibly the worst bank ever for customer service.

terrible customer service in the last year, on three occasions they told me that I had to make an appointment or wait 1 hour and on top of that they argue when the customer gives opinion . No interest in trying to help the client.

We have been customers of Wells Fargo private banking in Colorado for 25+ years with many mortgages and accounts. Live part time in Healdsburg now and needed a deed notarized. When we went in we were told only WF documents could be notarized. I told them it was a deed related to a WF mortgage but we were told by the tellers they would not do it. Went to Chase across the parking lot who did it kindly and cordially. I tweeted about the arrogance and poor customer service of Wells Fargo Healdsburg and corporate WF replied I would hear from someone in 48 hours. Nothing. I reported back on Twitter and was told now someone would call in 24 hours. Nothing. We are done with them and all future mortgages will be with Chase. Now plan to pull and close all accounts.

Friendly people inside they are always welcoming and smiling. The well Fargo got two ATM machines outside and a large parking lot. Never had any problem parking there. Lots of businesses around so you can always grab a coffee before heading back or some ice cream.. Why not some food.!
