If you could give a place less stars I wouldbuut needed to let people know. So ill give the one star as a gift.Ownership is unfriendly and even violent. I would avoid this spot at all costs. Don't even look at the drive way or she might come yell at you.Found my self in an emergency situation with a popped tire and had to pull in suddenly to avoid being On a thin street. The lovely madam who claims to be the owner drove up to me, began screaming and berating me about her day was ruined because I was quickly changing my tire. Had been in the spit for 1 minute and was almost done removing the tire. (Mind you it was completely flat). I then while being screamed at had to put the flat tire back on and remove my car.I recognize that it was private property and I had apologized many times. Sure I was in the wrong and did my best to correct as quickly as possible. She did not care, she insulted my family, my friends, and my age group.Note to the owner (who I doubt will ever read this based on her ability to communicate)Be kind to others. You would think at your age you would have learned this I mean come on, it's basic human principle. I apologize if you were having a bad day, don't take it out on others.Trry to have better day tomorrow, we the youth you hate so much believe in you.I'll spread the word to avoid you when anyone sees you! Don't worry

Boy o boy this is one of those places that if your not white I suggest you not stop here. I missed the entrance so I backed up to pull in. As I'm pulling into the gate the guy is running out frantically waving his hands. He says didn't you read the signs, I say yes sir I did.(sign says no turn around, no public parking). I only want fuel and a restroom, he says no you have to get out of here you must didn't read the sign. I politely say I want to fuel up and use the restroom, he says no get out of here you shouldn't have pulled in in the first place and walk away saying I disrespected him by pulling in. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business the way this guy is.

I called about a propane refill after finding the business abandoned at 10am on a Monday. The person who answered demanded to know who I was (???). She then told me I did a poor job of explaining myself (???) and that I would need to wait two weeks before propane refillng would be available. Please avoid this "business".

The older woman who runs the office is extremely rude, unreasonable, lacking common sense and says offensive things to would be customers. She shouldn't be in a public facing business position and should be replaced immediately. She has no right to treat people so poorly without any cause.

I have never wrote a review and I am not one to complain, but after todays experience at Zimmermans I had to voice my displeasure. I openly admit to my fault of not standing next to the gas pump while it was pumping, but rather was in the cab of the truck while waiting. While in the cab I see the older heavy set office lady come to the truck visible upset. I jump out of the truck to see whats wrong and she tells me, “you can not leave the gas pump unattendedâ€. I immediately apologize and say I am very sorry and will not sit in my cab anymore while pumping from here on out. Unfortunately I go to Zimmermans every other week for my boss to get red diesel. After apologizing three separate times Jackie goes to the gas pump and points to the sign stating,†The signs right here did you not read itâ€. I said yes I did, but was under the impression that it meant not to leave your car unattended as you are pumping gas. To which she responds, “ I don't know why you people don't follow the rules. I do not know why we even have the signs nobody listens to themâ€. First of all, I don't know what she meant by “YOU PEOPLEâ€, being I am a hispanic male or the fact I was a customer. So form your on conclusion on that one. Again I apologize and told her I do not appreciate her tone nor the attacking manner she is coming at me. She then proceeds to raise her voice louder and threatens to have the fire department get involved and send my boss a letter stating I am leaving the pump unattended. After fueling up admittedly very upset I decided this was to much to not let go and decided to get her name. At this point she walked to her office so I soon followed her in asked for her name she said “Jackieâ€. I said ok thank you have a good day. While walking back to my truck she chased me down and was calling out to me. After a couple of times of just ignoring her I turned around and said yes. She responded by saying arrogantly, “ I am Jackie also know as Miss Zimmerman the ownerâ€. The few interactions i have had with her have never been pleasant and seems annoyed. Which is the complete opposite for her son Mark that works the tire station who is always friendly and sociable.
