Customers have noticed the remarkable improvement in customer service, with the line moving faster, the service being smoother, and the overall experience feeling more organized. The staff, including employees like Dale and Toni, are praised for their excellent work and for bringing a positive change to the post office. While the building itself may be old and in need of some renovations, the new staff has "reached celebrity status" in the community. Customers, including children, enjoy their visits and appreciate the small gestures, such as being offered candy or toys. The post office has become a delightful place to visit, with the kindness and friendliness of the staff being contagious. This place only 2 years ago deserved a 1 star. I can honestly say that the new employees they’ve hired in the last couple of years have made a huge difference. So much more pleasant to interact with. I do wish the hours went to 5pm M-F though since I don’t get home from work until 445.
