These people are amazing. They are caring, patient, empathetic, fair, helpful, they work with you even if you are struggling, I have never had such a great experience especially with a storage place. It feels like you are renting from family (family that you like and want you to succeed). I moved an hour away and still am keeping some of my stuff with them. The place is clean, quiet, they are easily available when you need to reach them, they always have a smile and try to help come up with solutions to your issues, and they have a nice bathroom that's open even after hours (although temporarily not working) but I'm sure they will fix it. They have a truck you can rent for a great price when you move in, they have a good lock at a good price you can buy...this is the place you want to put your stuff! The woman in the office Vanessa is great, and gives you a call before you are late and get a late fee, in case you forgot. The manager Bryant is an all-around fantastic human! It's rare to see a manager who is so accessible, helpful, observant, intelligent, will work with you fairly and who always has a big smile. Also all the units you drive right up to...no inside units upstairs or down some dank hallway. Prices are not too high for the industry and it is safe and clean. Highly recommend this place!!

I highly recommend this place!Bryant was excellent, he was so patient and professional. My family and I rented from this storage about 2 weeks ago and my mom is still talking about how easy things went with All star. We appreciate u guys

Nice place, my daughter's unit is on the outside, easy access. They keep up on the outside but inside are so many spiders, spider webs, it's terrible, they're every where. She brought stuff home and I made her leave it outside until we cleaned it. Wish I knew we were leaving a review I would have take pics, next time.
