I went to Aamco in Hemet this week. Tom looked at my car and had the mechanic look at it for maybe two minutes. Then he went into the back room and came back saying someone he talked to on the phone said that Fiat does not sell after-market parts. He gave a few more excuses but by then I did not trust him anyway. He said it would be in my best interest to take the car to a dealership. I drove to the dealership in Temecula and checked my car with the service department. I spoke to the parts manager and yes, Fiat does sell parts for the cars they make. And yes, the dealership sells parts to local repair shops. What does that tell you about Aamco in Hemet?

These guys are awesome they fixed my problem with my transmission which was very simple something the dealership and other places couldn’t figure out after 3 months of headaches. It took them a few hours to resolve.

I just went here today because i got a light engine on and he did the diagnostic for free compared to another place that wants to charge me 100 dollars, after that he found out that there was something wrong with electrical circuit on the transmission and ask me questions if i had a problem driving my car and i said no so he ended up just resetting it for the engine light to go off because sometimes its just a glitch on the system he said and if the engine light still comes back then thats where it needs to be fixed and didn’t charge me at all..i’m so impressed because if its other place for sure they would’ve pretended to do something just to charge me and he was so patient explaining to me what is going on with my car…i really appreciate this place and theres no where else i’m going after this very nice experience from them..1000/10…i don’t normally do reviews on places but this time this place deserves it..he is such a nice a guy..he is an older guy..im too bad with names and i feel bad not getting his name.

Tom was very helpful and accommodating to a difficult situation. Quick turn around, fair price, and the car runs, which is more than I can say for when I dropped it off. They went above and beyond to help me out!

I took my car there because I was having delayed engagement in my car he did a diagnostic shot test and it didn't cost me anything, and he could've taken advantage of me and said you need to fix something, but he was being honest and told me because it does that if the car is cold in the morning it's gonna have a little delay when shifting from reverse into drive.
