My wife and I tried to order furniture from this store and had an awful experience! We ordered the furniture on February 16th and We were notified by email on February 26th that the furniture had arrived at the store and instead of them calling to schedule when to deliver our furniture we had to call them! While calling them the manager name Matt talked to us very disrespectfully and overheard another call he had having the same issues we were having. He changed what he said 3 different times and started talking about us canceling our order and we clearly stated we did not ever suggest canceling the order but instead just wanted our furniture delivered. Also we talked to HR Customer service line about the situation and made notes on this manager and how he was incorrect and that he is breaking a legal binding contract where money was paid for this furniture for no reason other than he just could. And nowhere in the contract doesn’t say that he can just end it just because we’re asking to have it delivered to the address that it said that it was supposed to be delivered to but because we move and a month and a half it’s somehow a problem

My New refrigerator stopped working. Thank goodness, Aaron’s was here to help. The employees at the Hemet office are professional, helpful and understanding. It’s nice to know you have somewhere to go when you need an appliance in a hurry, and there’s dependable workers to help you keep your household functioning. I have been very happy with the service I have gotten, and I would recommend them.

There was this big girl In glasses that’s has black hair who has a really bad attitude you guys don’t need someone like this for this type of job really unprofessional. I felt very attacked, she was very disrespectful. This place needs to have better TEAM MEMBERS I REPEAT!!!! I am going to contact corporate for this issue.

Sooo the issue I have is with management (Bart) that is.! They try to fast talk you and take your money and try to say you owe this and that which isn't the case.! I asked for a receipt and he told me he couldn't give me one! Doesn't make sense now does it! My mother returned a speaker that she never opened and they tried to tell her she couldn't get her money back.! Bart the manager laughed in her face about the situation.! I asked for there store number he tells me to Google it! They are very rude and very unprofessional. If I could give this store no stars I would..!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!

purchased a television from here, paid it off and it seemed the moment the final payment was paid the television started having issues, tried getting ahold of the store never an answer started working with the regional manager to get it replaced; more than 30 days later and I'm still hearing "waiting on a response" they need to shut this one down or hire better staff
