“Today (Tuesday- March 28, 2023), I just got back from Stater Brothers at Florida and New Chicago. Great selection and great prices. I found the soda I was looking for a a sale price. The young lady (Megan) that helped me load my groceries was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. It just takes one person to make your day better. I am a disabled senior. “I don’t mind shopping at Staters, even though it’s pricey. However, i will not be buying the deli fried chicken there ever again. I’ve tried different stores, different hours etc., and still the same issue. The fried chicken tastes horrible even when it’s the first batch of the day! I don’t know what oil they use to fry or if it’s ever changed but it tastes rancid like old oil and like it’s burnt. Please—I hope this gets improved for others who are shopping and eating the friend chicken! If not that issue, the chicken would be good.”

“Manuel was great. I opened a checking account and had specific questions pertaining to a promo, and he had the answers. Service was fast and friendly. He even laughed at my jokes. Now THATS going above and beyond. Too bad thats not my normal bank. I was in a different area at that time. I don't understand why they have bad reviews. Maybe bad day or can't make those people happy anyway even if you jump up and down for them.”

“Nancy at this location is absolutely amazing. I came in looking for help with getting a cashiers check. Nancy was very professional and courteous. I really like this branch. The security guard is always very kind out front as well. They've done some remodeling which makes this place seem "less personable" but I get it. My only complaint is that no employee here knows the answer to one specific question. "Who is the trustee on title of the bank"? Why don't they know?”

“I have banked at Bank of America for a long time, and I have a few business accounts there. so I needed to open a business account today without an appointment, lucky for me they were able to help me. Sasha was the person who took care of me and I really enjoyed the conversation that we had and as we were talking she was working, but also engaged in the conversation completely, I'm at my office a lot and because of COVID not around a lot of people, so I get excited when I'm able to talk to somebody smart, I want to say I was in and out but I just wouldn't be quiet, but like I said the whole time she did her job very well, I'm almost positive she was the president of the bank' cause she was very professional. I understand waiting nowadays, it seems I wait everywhere I go whether it's a restaurant, a grocery store, a hardware store, it's all the same but if you don't want to be out and about do it on line. again, I enjoyed her professionalism and that's why I bank at this bank”

“This is not just about the bank, as I've banked with Bank of America for many years and they've always been a great bank for me, this is about my small business consultant, when I opened a business checking account today and the person who helped me was Roberta Gonzales, let me tell you right from the beginning this guy was a professional he answered all my questions and then he went over everything before we finalized the transaction, he definitely did his job, above and beyond, in fact for a while there I thought he was the manager of the bank, he was so professional, anyway my hats are off to him, thank you Roberto for making it so easy”
