I’m a senior and needed to change my carriers . From the moment I stepped into the AT&T store I was immediately greeted and helped. The rep was very knowledgeable and professional. The best ATT store! All the staff seemed extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable! They have such great customer service that right when a customer would walk in they would greet them and just let them know that there’s a little bit of wait. That goes such a long way!!
