If I could give this store negative 100 stars I would ! The most deplorable customer service I have ever received in my life! Because of the way I was treated in this store by everyone for 4 hours I will be disconnecting my services with AT&T for myself and my family immediately! When I went in to get help I was told I had to call 611. After being on hold for 40 min with 611 they hung up on me. I was told to call them back . Which I did two more times for 611 to disconnect the line, re route me to the wrong dept several more times. No one in THIS store said they could help with my issue of how I was charged nearly 300 dollars for 1 phone line. I had come to THIS store to receive help disconnecting a line on my phone which an AT&T employee placed onto my acct without my consent. The store manager (Escobar )at this store assisted me two weeks prior with disconnecting the line . Only for AT&T to still charge me for phone and line I did not have! Because 611 said the line I received help disconnecting with (Escobar) at this store was NEVER disconnected. I walked into this store at 145 pm and walked out after 6pm. Without resolve. Sadly I was told the manager (Escobar) was gone until Monday. Unfortunately the asst manager disappeared (Mari) left during this escalation of deplorable treatment of a customer for her lunch, handed me the phone and said " if this guy says he can't give you your refund just ask for the loyalty dept ." And she left. She returned only to use the store phone to call the WRONG number to assist with my issue . Which kept me there for another couple hours. Then she never came to see how the process was going, she never "helped" again and she disappeared. Never to be seen again ! No one in this store with at least 4 other employees walking around said they could help me! Until at approximately 6 pm after I was in tears from utter disbelief and frustration an Employee named Hannah pulled me aside to say " I'll see what I can do on my end" at approx 6 pm she called *9. We again waited on hold only for the guy to say the dept that could assist me was closed due to the time and I'd have to call back on Monday ! I asked this employee if no one in the store says they can help me and no one who they told me to call said they could help me how is the customer supposed to get help. And this particular employee only tried (4 plus hours later), where was that same effort from anyone else in the store ? Especially the manager ! And why did it take 4 plus hours for an employee not even a manager to TRY something on their end! when the entire store has deplorable customer service including the assistant manager and the store manager is "unavailable " and you'd ask to speak to someone in management and you are told " I will lose my job if I gave out that area managers contact information " where is the accountability? I have been a loyal first net first responder AT&T customer since 2011. Nearly 13years of monthly bills and 6 lines of family service!!!! And because of the service I received HERE at THIS STORE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER give a dime of my money to this company. My line and my family will go somewhere else ! I am in the process of filing a dispute, a FTC complaint , contacting corporate and will be escalating and reporting this matter with all names and ID numbers from everyone who contributed to this robbery scam. My advice RUN far away from the thieves and scammers who work for AT&T they have no morals no conscience and no standards of integrity!

I purchased my phone and service with AT&T Palm Desert and Mari AT&T Hemet store helped me with a problem I had with my line even know I didn't purchase with Hemet store Mari when above and beyond to help me resolve the issue today I have to went back there just for a question and she was very helpful and even though that she was busy doing some store stuff she helped me with a very nice attitude and the best customer service I could have ask for. Thank you Mari for your help today next time I would must definitely will be choosing your store for future purchase. Gabriela Fontenot.

I just left the store I was about to trade in 3 phones and the associate by the name of Kirk was so unprofessional he seemed careless and did not want to help us, did not break down the payments, the phone description, and just seemed very unprofessional I arrived here an hour before closing and he had the door locked one hour before closing.

I just left the store, having upgraded one of our lines to a new phone, and I must say that was one of the better customer experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and not just in an AT&T store, but anywhere!Lesa was extremely helpful and kind, and she knew what she was talking about. She answered all of my questions, and she was proficient in terms of helping me upgrade my line.Top-notch, customer service!

Today, I went in to get a replacement screen protector for my iPhone 11. Like I get you need to scan your ID to log into your account, which I didn't have. So before I even go in, I see that it's slow, and this skinny Asian girl and this Mexican chick whatever she is, is looking straight at me and laughing through window. You can tell they both were talking s*** because as soon as I go in they got quiet. Mind you they are making it so obvious. Lol I guess I came on the wrong day because the pretty Chunky chick wasn't there. Overall their customer service is garbage not to mention their service sucks. It's a pain in the a** to replace anything. Lol it looks like I will be switching to Verizon pretty soon. At least I will get better service. At this point any customer service is better than theirs.

This store location is great!! Juan helped with everything we needed to do which was upgrade 2 lines and add watches as well. He was informative answered all my questions and concerns and was a lot of fun! He greeted each customer that walked in the store with his warm welcoming voice and told them someone would be right with them while busy taking care of us. Great store with wonderful employees!!!
